I came to switch tires and do alignment service to make sure everything is good when I leave. It took them almost 4 hours because they were overbooked and there was a long queue for the alignment machine. They changed the tires in an hour or so but 3 hrs for the alignment machine is ridiculous. They have the shop music blasting so loud that I could hear it as I arrived for my appointment. They also park a vehicle right at the Boundary Road entrance so it's partially blocking it. Not sure why they park a vehicle there, maybe to control the speed of people coming in. I saw one person needing to back up a little back onto Boundary Road, just to adjust to squeeze through. Not safe since Boundary is a busy road. Best to enter/exit from the Kitchener entrance. When my vehicle was ready, they didn't go over the invoice or alignment sheet. They just handed the invoice and told me the cost. I will go back to the previous location i used to go to, even if it's further away.

Bobby is conscientious in keeping me updated with car service info. Free coffee, tea and WiFi available in the waiting area. They seem well stocked in tires inventory and it's helpful that Kaltire labels their display tires with their own independent tire testing results, making it easy for a novice like me to shop for tires. Value - Tho I haven't done price comparison on their tire services with other places, they offer good value for me by having so many locations where you can trace your car service details and tire replacement info in their computer system at any KalTire store. Thus, I would return for convenience in tracking tire replacement and service history details.

These young ladies have received zero training and cannot answer anything without checking with someone. They are dis-organized and have no appreciation or care that customers have to keep calling to get an update on their car's status, after being told they would contact us...but they do not. I could go on and on, but you get the idea! The technicians are equally terrible. Their lack-luster, blazee attitude and manor is mildly irritating to say the least. Sense of urgency is non-existing. When you are telling them things that are wrong, they don't write anything down. Then when you eventually pick up the car, everything which was supposed to be done is not done, and you have to bring the car back. You would think there would be some process for a supervisor to review each car before contacting the customer to pick up. No, this is clearly not the case. And I am not the only one who had these experiences. When i dropped my car off yesterday morning, for the 2nd time, since the original work was incomplete, there was another customer there who was fuming mad. I understand his car had numerous attempts at getting fixed, and still, not done right. I observed from a distance, the customer showing his car to two technicians, one of whom was the manager, though one would never know it, and both these guys were so relaxed, and showed no empathy, no apology, no nothing, that this client's car is still not fixed correctly. When I witnessed that for my own eyes, it absolutely confirmed that this is the way this shop operates, and I will do everything in my power to spread the word. Years ago, I used to deal with this body shop, several times, and the experience was the opposite. I can only guess the business has been sold or something significant has changed, because this place is sunning on cruise control with zero management on site. My car has been in there for an ICBC claim. If anyone is looking to get work done here and paying out of pocket, lookout! I will also be bringing my review to ICBC's attention after writing this review.

The car had never had any issues before, but after their work it came back damaged and I had to pay almost $1,500 at Mazda to fix their issues caused by them. When I reached out to Midas head office, instead of addressing the problem and reaching out to me, they had the very location I complained about call me. The manager called me and the conversation was extremely frustrating -- he denied responsibility, took no accountability, and was unprofessional and dismissive throughout. I even have an 8-minute recording of the call, including a highlight where he responds to my concerns with "yeah, whatever." So now I've paid Midas for the original service and paid Mazda to repair their negligence, while being treated poorly by both the location and head office. This experience was costly, unfair, and incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this shop with their vehicle. You might end up paying a lot more than you expect!

They changed the battery next, even though the previous one showed 70% life. A BCAA technician and I carefully inspected it and found no nail or visible new damage. When I returned to your shop, I was told the leak was from a "different spot" and was asked to pay again. I refused. After inspecting the tire at home, I found that your technician had marked the exact same location as the original repair. This is blatant dishonesty. You failed to honor your warranty and attempted to charge me again for your own failed work. Such behavior is unacceptable and unethical. I will be filing a formal complaint with BCAA, as well as reporting this incident to consumer protection authorities. People deserve better than to be misled and taken advantage of. This is not about the money but the service quality and honesty.I will also be warning others not to trust this location. I am beyond surprise to see many 5-star reviews for your location. Most justifiable reason could be that they come from fake accounts to mask all your dishonest work. Be aware of this location -other potential victims.
