The new ED runs so smoothly with all departments close by. X-rays and blood tests results are back quickly and a board in your private room indicates when they have all been completed and the Dr and nurses names along with test progress is updated quickly. I have had many experiences of other departments there, from neurology , to foot surgery consultations and I am presently experiencing appointments in the PT department. Every where I go I am greeted and cared for with loving care and expertise. There are no rushed appointments and in my experience they run on time. What a great experience every time I have an appointment. Phone staff are so on the ball calling to make appointments and are mindful and helpful of time constraints one may have. Liz.

I checked in on the kiosk and was called back a few minutes after I sat down thanks to the appointment. My phlebotomist was okay. I've always been told that I have shy veins and that my hand is the easiest stick. Despite informing the phlebotomist of this, she still tried to draw from my arm which was fruitless. I ended up needing to be stuck twice which would have been avoided if she had listened to me about my own body. Kind of frustrating.

I followed the instructions and dropped off 3078 mL of urine. I know the number because they measured it - and then inexplicably cancelled the test. They didn't inform me. They didn't tell me I would need to repeat the test. They just stopped processing it. Now, I have to repeat the test because someone at Sonora Quest didn't care about doing their job properly. I will never use Sonora Quest again.

I came to LabCorp as a walk in for a pre employment drug screening and waited 2 hours and 45 minutes before I was finally seen. After I had already been waiting for about two hours, I politely went up to the front desk and asked if the woman working there had any idea how much longer the wait might be. Instead of simply answering my question, she gave me an annoyed look and with an attitude in her voice told me to sit down and keep waiting. I completely understand that walk ins may have to wait longer than people with appointments but there is absolutely no reason to be rude to someone for simply asking a question after they have already been sitting there for two hours. Unfortunately, this also isn't my first terrible experience with LabCorp. I recently moved to Arizona from San Francisco and about three months ago I went to a LabCorp location there for a blood draw with an appointment and still waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. After two awful experiences at LabCorp in two different states, I can confidently say I will never be going back. PLEASE, please, please go somewhere else if you have another option. Long waits are one thing but extremely long waits combined with rude customer service make the entire experience extremely frustrating. I don't usually take the time to leave negative reviews but I genuinely wish I had known what to expect before going here.

I can honestly say that I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. I only had to wait about 8 to 10 minutes, which is no big deal. They were extremely friendly when I walked in. Honestly even the other people in the waiting room were very nice to me. I told the young man that was going to do my blood draw that I sometimes have a bit of a reaction when I get my blood drawn and he was so understanding, gentle and kind. He chatted with me the entire time and made the experience so much easier. I lived in Boston for a long time and I've gotten my blood drawn at Mass General Hospital many times. I would say that LabCorp did just as good of a job as the best people that ever drew my blood at that hospital. Really excellent experience and I think they've gotten some pretty inaccurate reviews. Today I went to my doctor and he gave me a script for blood work. I called Summit and told them my good friend had recently used them and said he got them to drive over to his office to draw his blood during lunch for no charge. The one who answered the phone at summit name was Rick.. He was really friendly and told me he'd make sure I got hooked up. Lol He also told me that normally when you call to schedule a mobile visit you'll schedule a time and date which he said will normally be the next day. He told me that I was lucky caller number 5 which means I would receive a free mobile draw and it could actually be today if I'd like. Before I could say anything he said he was playin around and let me know everybody gets to use there mobile service for free, so tell your friends he says. He told me I was lucky tho and because I called early enough in the morning he could get somebody out the same day. I don't want to go on forever but feel like I left two other important kick ass things. 1. I don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I guess there cash pay prices are one of the lowest in the valley I didn't check but I believed him. 2. The phlembotmist named Pam who came to my house was very nice and made having my blood taken almost painless. When she was done I asked her when she thought I'd get my results back and she told me probably tomorrow. I can't believe it's that fast. I will leave another review if thats true. We came here for an antibodies test in early June because I was sick in January and thought maybe I…read morealready had antibodies from covid 19. My test turned out to be Negative IgG, Negative IgG. The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Anyways the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the receptionist was not wearing a mask but the person conducting the test was wearing a mask and was very nice but i didn't get her name. The positives- they ask you to wait outside for your result so that part was very good and they provide your results quickly.

I completed a COVID rapid antigen test on Thursday afternoon, was told I would have the results that night or the next morning. It's Saturday and I still have not gotten results. I've called them multiple times and it's impossible to get through to someone. I left a voice message, and still no response. I would recommend going somewhere more reliable and less expensive if you want to find out whether or not you have a contagious and potentially deadly virus.
