While the Airline is working to compensate me for this, I still had the urgent need of 1) glasses that needed adjustment from being bent out of shape 2) scratches that needed to be buffed out and 3) a new eyeglass case. I stopped in here for those reasons. Colby Watts greeted me with calm, quiet professionalism.
