For me, it's sometimes difficult to distinguish between one screen and the next as to which is more clear. He never rushes me to produce an answer. I called to confirm date and time of an appointment for a disabled patient and man answering the phone was very rude and said it was a violation of Hippa to give me any information. I said if he can't confirm appointent time I wouldn't be able to get him to his appointment. He didn't care. I would never do business with this office as a customer. I hand carried my Eyemed insurance card to this location at the beginning of January 2025. Was told after 3-5 minutes, after the front desk girl looked it up, that they do accept it. Today was my husband's & my eye doc appointments. They waited until I showed up today to tell me they do not accept my insurance. I left. My husband asked about his appointment. Front desk told him I canceled both appointments. He said, "No she didn't! I was sitting right here!" Sadly & unfortunately no professionalism. I am absolutely outraged at my treatment. I moved to Prescott a couple of years and I exam one year ago. I made my annual appointment a year ago when I had my last exam for mid May. I got a call on May 2 that they needed to reschedule my appointment for August because they were too booked on my schedule day. I told I booked the appointment a year ago and they could not care less. The only thing they asked me is if I wanted to cancel. me as a patient, but they also lost my wife and a lot of revenue because she needed cataract surgery was about to schedule it with him. read more

From the minute my husband and I walked up to the front desk we were met with a friendly courteous and efficient staff! Even though the waiting room was full of patients waiting to be seen.... We were seen within 15 minutes. We were ushered to a room by a gal who went over our medical history and performed several eye tests, peripheral vision, etc.This took about 15 minutes and she was both very friendly, A great listener and very professional. She directed me to a small, waiting area and within 5 minutes I was directed to the Eye Dr's examination room. Dr Steve was very thorough, friendly, funny and professional all at the same time. I didn't feel stressed or rushed during my visit. I was then directed to the appointment desk and again was treated with the utmost respect from the staff. If I had to describe this office it would be that it runs like a well oiled machine with support, empathy, intelligence, courtesy and efficiency without feeling anything but great vibes from all the staff. My husband had a very pleasant experience as well. We would recommend this office to everyone who want to be treated with the respect and dignity we experienced! read more
