I politely confronted the new owner, who called in their mechanic, who remembered my truck from the week before, and he denied any knowledge of my JBL headphones. I politely left and would not recommend their business ever again, and I have a big rolodex. The headphones cost more than the job they did. They made no attempt to satisfy me in anyway, which is not what I would have done as a business owner. Its my own fault for trusting their business. I had no issues with the original owner. I left all my tools, Snap On, and never had an issue. I don't trust them.
