He was having family issues and I was sympathetic. He said I would have my mower fixed before the season starts. April 2026 came and I never heard from them. I had to reach out multiple times after they used excuses and I was about to take them to small claims court until it was finally replaced May 2026. They also had the audacity to try and charge me for the installation after 9 months. Low and behold there was an issue with the fuel pump that he installed and was leaking.
