They told me that Maryland Law states they CANNOT return a catalytic converter back to the customer. This is a LIE and they know it! They are worth a lot of money and they know this too! I made a few phone calls (one to the BBB) and was told there is no such law in Maryland. I guess after some thought and maybe a little guilt, they decided to give me a $200 deduction on my bill. Mmm hmmm... This is not good business. Trust is a must and you lose customers when the word goes around on the internet.

The boat was finished in 1.5 weeks, parts delivery took a few days twice. Before he released the boat he kept it an extra day just to make sure the job was done right, he wanted to shut all the systems down and start fresh in the morning and do another test drive.
