It's clean and secure with full time on site management, and Ron and the rest of the staff treated me like gold every time I saw them. The storage was supposed to be air conditioned, it isn't. The elevator broke, I got stuck in it for 30 minutes, the buttons were broken. I had to use the stairs after I got out. It seems they don't maintain their facilities. Customer service and employees were friendly but seems like they have limited resources to work with. The rates went up twice in under a year almost doubling the original cost. Unacceptable. I did call the main line for the company to tell them about what happened and that they need to get the facility serviced (elevators). They referred me to a regional director that didn't answer the phone or return the call after leaving a message. read more

I spoke with Mr. Ross. He was an unbelievable gentleman. I was rerouted to him by CubeSmart as well as Storage One. They would not provide the same storage that Mr.Ross @ Fort Apache Desert Inn Self Storage provided. The service was unparalleled to any other company I spoke with. He was kind efficient and very understanding of what I was looking for. He made sure I was taken care of which is something that the other companies couldn't do. I just want to thank Ron for staying a little late and letting my boyfriend come in to sign the final paperwork so we wouldn't be charged an extra month for nothing! We have been so busy with our crazy 7 day a week work schedules and not being off on time to make it in and this was really very much appreciated. Overall this whole experience was great. It was an easy process to rent the unit and everything in the contract was clear. We were able to access our things when we wanted and the facilities were very clean. The staff here is helpful and friendly, my experience with renting a storage was as smooth as butter. Prices were great (check online for online deals) and they sell all the things you need inside. Ron, the manager, went way above and beyond for me this morning. I had arranged to have a POD delivered to my unit and had told multiple people there that the office didnt open until 9. When they called me at 7:55 to let me know they needed to drop it off, I told them no one would be there until 9!!! Ron was inside on his own time getting ready for his day and saw them , went out and opened the gate for them and showed them where to drop it. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that act of kindness.. I have used their storage for 2 years and have had nothing but top rate service. This is one more time that they shined. Came into the storage office and I have to say I was treated with respect and given 100% customer service. The only thing I would suggest is a cordless phone, because I noticed the sign said open, but back shortly. No biggie, but before this I saw closed until 1:00 p.m, but to reach someone faster would be better with a cordless that way you always have someone available. 5 Star Storage should be the name of this place!! Since we are a military family, we have used numerous storage facilities around the US. We have never met such a welcoming staff, nor had such a great first impression of a Manager as we did with Ron! We had a great tour of the units and facility with zero pressure! Good move in special and military discount after the move in special ends! The units are well lit, easy access, and extremely clean! Very Disappointed in this place. I would advise you not to rent a space from them. The light near our indoor unit has been out for months. The first guy I asked to fix it said they add no lights and if it the baluster they could not fix it. I went to the manager who is a nice guy. He tried to replace the lights but it is the baluster. He now tell he can't fix it this month. My storage unit is so dark. They charge full rent but will not keep the maintenance up on the buildings. Also very few carts. I assume the owner will not spend any money on their business. I am going to look for another place to rent from. Sad. read more

Staff and owner was so rude! Bad attitude from the moment we walked in. Asked for insurance and said she had to call them to verify that it covered commercial truck driving?!?! Rented moving trucks numerous times and never had that happen. It was a Sunday and insurance offices aren't open. She tried to insist we take the budget insurance but I declined. Then after that insurance hassle they made me move my car from the front parking space because that's for "quick customers" although there was no sign stating that. So I moved my car to the other parking spot. Don't use them unless you want to be treated badly and pay for it! AFTERNOTE: After posting the review I received a call from the office manager who I dealt with and someone from corporate both apologizing for the unsatisfactory service I received. They explained that they should have expressed some of the issues I had were corporate Budget truck regulations and they should have explained that better. They also acknowledged that the parking spot I used should have been designated as short-term parking. Their response to the critical yelp review was immediate and helpful. I have adjusted the review to a 3-star to reflect the problematic response. read more

Regardless of the status of the customer's acct, you still have to conduct yourself as a professional when dealing with the customer and treat them with respect. Ron and Mike both take an incorrect demeanor and give attitude to the customer. I do not recommend using this facility based off the poor treatment. read more

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ron and James. The office was very clean and they were both wearing masks and upholding to COVID protocols which was important as I had my son with me. They gave us multiple options and then Ron took us by golf cart (which my son loved) to check out the different units. He spoke to us about our insurance options and was very helpful in navigating what unit and ins plan would be the best fit or our family and storage needs. We also got an awesome deal being first time storage unit renters. We had looked at two other storage unit facilities in the area and they weren't as friendly/helpful and or were overpriced and not as clean. These guys were amazing to not just to me but very impressed with how kind they were to my son, making something that should have been a chore a really fun experience. I've used this facility before in the past, went today to re-rent from them and had the worst experience . As I walked in the door I was greeted by a woman with blonde hair (no name tag) who asked how she can help me. I need to rent a storage unit, just curious as to your current specials as the sign out side reads 50% off 1st & 2nd month 5x5 & the 5x10 units. I was then asked to fill out a a paper including my first, last, address,phone,email,zip, reason for this, marketing and prices I was told. No thank you I don't wish to give you my information unless I rent from you, she then refused to give me any prices or information ...because I didn't give you my address. There are plenty of other storage facilities within 2 miles I will take my business elsewhere. read more
