I was then emailed a contract to sign but the wrong information was on the contract and they entered the wrong insurance coverage amount on the contract and asked me to sign it on docusign or a similar software. I refused to sign a contract that had the wrong info so I went to the location hoping for better service. Instead there was a guy that refused to provide a refund even though I had not signed a contract and had not been told of any refund policy or purchase policy when I had made payment. Just ridiculous!!! Thank goodness for bank chargebacks. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your storage needs.

I tried several storage facilities, but when I contacted this company I enjoyed the online presence customer service, they were welcoming and very informative. he directed me to the local facility where I met a wonderful lady named KAY. Kay is very personable, she even opened the door for me upon entrance. She knew her job, she was well prepared and she was patient. We visited the spaces that I requested and she even took her time walking as to ensure that she didn't run off and leave me...lol I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, from the restrooms through to the spaces. on top of all of that, the prices were lovely. I got an RV space and a 10 X 15 air conditioned space.
