It feels like walk-ins are being added into an already poorly managed operation, which directly impacts customers who actually schedule appointments. If you're going to offer specific time blocks, that should mean something -- or at the very least, communicate when you're running behind. At this point, if you decide to come to this establishment, don't even worry about making an appointment. You'll probably get in and get serviced just as fast -- if not faster -- than someone who actually booked a time slot. Very disappointing experience. At this point, if you decide to come to this establishment, don't even worry about making an appointment. You'll probably get in and get serviced just as fast -- if not faster -- than someone who actually booked a time slot. Very disappointing experience. I also received an automated reply on google reviews saying they were "thrilled I had a great experience." That alone shows the level of attention given to customer feedback. Did anyone actually read the review? Because nothing about my experience was great. Sending a generic automated response instead of addressing the actual issue only reinforces the lack of care and professionalism. If a business can't take the time to properly read and respond to customer concerns, it makes it hard to believe they value the customers who support them.

Yelp is helping companies like this scam by not posting these reviews.!!! First transmission lasted…read moreabout a month $2500 lost! Second transmission lasted not even a month! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!
