Later, the price jumped to over $37,000. I was then told the vehicle could only be purchased for about $36,600 if I financed through the dealership, even though all information was already provided and correct. This was especially frustrating because I already had bank approval for financing and had arranged for someone to take time off work to help me complete the purchase before the pricing changed. Refusing to honor a written quote under these circumstances felt misleading and unprofessional. Only one employee admitted that the tax calculation for my state had been their mistake, which was a relief. However, the next person I spoke with didn't seem to care and continued giving conflicting information. At one point, I was told taxes were "my responsibility," despite being quoted out-the-door pricing. I also asked to speak with the general manager who supposedly approved the pricing, but was repeatedly told he was unavailable. During one conversation, a representative raised their voice, which was unprofessional. I was ready to purchase immediately if the quoted pricing had been honored. I would advise future customers to get a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown upfront and confirm all details before committing.

The issue was they didn't follow proper procedures for giving the vehicle back and waited extended period of time for the technician to test drive the truck about 1.25 hrs They handed me the key and said good to go. I asked if they needed another day with the truck and was told no it is good. I finally got in the truck around 6:10 at night took off for home tired from the day. Next day notice the windshield had a chip in it so I called. No one would call me back until 4 weeks later after calling every week finally got someone who I thought would take care of the situation Nope wants me to claim it under my insurance they pay deductible? So my insurance would go up because of damages the crew created no Next they say they will pay half. Again no they all agreed the truck came in with no damage to the windshield it's clear in the check in photos So I ask them to check their lot cameras and again 2 weeks the service manager has promised to call me back and refuses. Very disappointed in this company I explained to the manager in my line of work we take responsibility for any mistakes and I do everything in my power to make it correct for our customers. So yesterday, I checked my credit, as one does from time to time, and discovered they had actually done a hard inquiry which dropped my credit score. Not only should the credit check not have been done, soft or otherwise, since I was paying cash, but someone's job should be called into question. Harsh? Not at all! Sadly, this reinforces the stereotype about car dealerships. Now don't get me wrong, I have excellent credit and, with the drop, I'm still well into the 800s but, that's not the point. The service department kept the car and provided a loaner which smelled so bad, you gagged just getting in it. When calling this out, the only thing said, it's all we have. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. I got it back exactly as I handed it to them. The outside was definitely better (different team).

I paid $26 for a full interior (vacuum) and exterior wash. They do offer detailing services. The process is that you drive up to a sheltered area that houses the vacuums and then employees take it from there by driving your car through the car wash, and then wiping the car dry. The only downside to this establishment is its popularity. I arrived in a Friday around noon and waited a total of an hour. There were 10 cars in front of me forming two lines toward the vacuums. Then only one car at a time through the car wash. So this place is busy and you might have to invest time for a quality car wash.
