Recently rented with them. I work a lot of hours and don't have much time to contact by phone, I emailed them and was responded to by a Lynn Davis about moving out of the facility. I was told my card would be removed. Today, they charged my card for the $60 monthly charge. I called about it, I'm not pleased with the level of customer service they offer. Which is close to none since they don't have an office on site. I then received an email stating I had been moved out and after review of my account I would not be getting my initial $30 deposit back. I left the place clean, minus a few pennies and nickels as I was told.
So I'm being charged $30 for pennies and nickels? I left the unit the way I moved into it, which was dirty and full of cobwebs.
I recommend you find another facility for your rental needs.
So because I did not sweep, and there's nowhere stating to sweep upon move out I lose $30? Who the fuck charges $30 to sweep a 4x8 spot.
Crooks!!!! Do not use this facility.
That also state its normal practice to give a deposit. This is the first and only place I know that required a deposit.
I managed a facility in California and we never charged a deposit. And we were a multi state multi facility storage. read more
