Good place to hang out if you don't want to drink or do drugs especially on Tuesday evenings!

I will say that the wait staff is fine and deserves a fair amount of grace. They can only do so much. If I were the owner I would fire the kitchen manager, the bar manager, and myself out of embarrassment. The entire system needs thrown out and redone. Perhaps just sell the building to someone who actually cares about the business and wants to make proper changes. Once again, the food took forever to come out, and after well over two hours we only got two of four items ordered. The quality of the food was fair to poor at best. You will never find yourself craving anything from here. Then you have the poorly stocked bar. They ran out of three things while we were there. All before 8pm on a Saturday. Their whisky selection is embarrassing for a place with a Cigar Lounge. At this point we will only go back for events and we will be either eating before or just taking our own food to eat there. Probably our own drinks too since they can't seem to do that right. Mismanaged. Uninspired. Underwhelming. Embarrassing. Wasteful. Shameful.

I have found that the temperature is normally very low in the bar for some reason which is why I prefer not to go there for too long. The billiards table is in dire need of some TLC and the cues are severely lacking. The service is great though.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the mood perfectly--dim lighting, warm and inviting, with Sinatra Christmas tunes playing softly in the background. It felt charming and intimate, especially welcome given the extremely cold temperatures outside. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us regularly without ever feeling intrusive. The cocktails were excellent and did a great job warming us up, which was very much appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything we tried was rich and flavorful, with a standout Gorgonzola sauce that was truly delicious. The creamy burrata with pesto and balsamic was perfectly balanced, and the scallops were easily some of the most delicious we've had--cooked beautifully and full of flavor. Ristorante Ottaviani is such a comfortable, charming place to enjoy high-quality Italian food. A wonderful spot for a relaxing, special meal, and we're already looking forward to going back.

Honestly one of the worst experiences at a bar that I've ever had. I went on the night of July 4th…read more The music was good, but too loud in my opinion. Customers had to practically scream to one another to be heard. This made it also difficult for getting bartenders and customers to interact. I personally had to repeat myself several times to be heard over the music just to make sure my order was right. And I didn't order anything difficult. Just two Coronas. The limes were cut WAY too thick to be put in a corona bottle. It was also unsanitary, as the bartenders didn't use tongs or anything to retrieve the limes. They picked it up with their bare hand, and stuffed the tips into the bottle. I never saw either bartender wash their hands between serving drinks, touching bottles, credit cards, handling money, and touching the fruit that goes in certain drinks. Like the limes in my Corona. That's disgusting. Wash your hands or wear gloves when touching food. My third round of Coronas was my last. The bartenders had grown increasingly rude to the customers. When I asked for the third round of Coronas, one of the bartenders asked if we wanted lime. I responded, "only in 1 please." So the bartender responded, "make up your mind." Like... What?! So I said "1 with lime 1 without. I don't want a lime." She then said something about being difficult. At this point I was getting irritated. But I completed my transaction and said thank you. After a few minutes, we watched the two bartenders stomp around with attitudes being nasty with all the customers. The blonde with her hair in a pony tail was taking the order of two girls and everything they were asking for, the bartender told them they couldn't make that, or didn't have the stuff for it. So after 15 seconds, while the girls were still ordering, the bartender raises her right hand in from of them, does a closing motion with it, and says "no." She then turned to a guy at the end of the bar and took his order. The girls that had been ordering just stared at the bartender, and were in disbelief. It was the worst professionalism from a bartender that I've ever seen. I witnessed both (the second bartender was a short lady with greyish/blonde short hair) bartenders act rude, snippy, and unprofessional towards customers. At some point, the bartender with short hair disappeared from the bar leaving just 1 bartender back there with a whole bar top full of people wanting drinks. So you can imagine how long it took to get a drink. The bartender had people waiting for a drink at the bar for over 20-25 minutes. At 12:59am she shut it down. Turned the lights on and said everyone had to leave. There was no fighting inside, no arguments, nothing! Just loud music, dancing, and people ordering drinks. Maybe this spot isn't use to so many people being there, but people paid a $5 cover to get in. If you're getting close to capacity, stop letting people in. If you don't have the capability to serve as many guests as were there, then bring on more bartenders to cut down on customer wait times. For the size of the crowd, you needed atleast 3 bartenders working the bar top. Waiting over 25 minutes to get a drink and then receiving horrible service is NOT COOL! Word of advice- fire the two women I'm referring to. Absolutely horrible. Your business could do so much better without them. You had the opportunity to make so much money with all the people there ordering drinks. But your bartenders were bitches and couldn't handle the crowd. It's one thing to feel stressed and understaffed during a rush like that, but always be professional. Customers will be a lot more understanding and patient. I enjoy trying new places and had never been to this place before, but unfortunately due to the service, I don't ever want to go back there. Between the cover charge and drink sales, I bet on July 4th Woodchux made more money in one night than a few nights combined. It's sad they treated their customers the way they did.
