They were light and crispy with just the right amount of salt. Two of us ordered the loaded Patrick's bowl with mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken gravy and corn. It was pretty bad. The chicken was overcooked and really tough to eat. The potatoes were super thin, runny, and most likely an instant potato mix. I was definitely expecting more and was disappointed by the dish. I was stopping on the late side and those finishing their meals were clearly enjoying themselves. Many knew each other across tables as lots of stopping by for chats among friends. The pork belly in the ramen was definitely my jam as it had a crunchy top with easy to come apart pieces. Definitely the highlight. Not nearly as big a fan of the Asian greens which fell into almost a paste, the mushrooms not looking like they were fresh (to be fair there is a shiitake option I missed), and the smoked eggplant a little too chewy. And I took a flyer on the "special broth" without asking what it was so that is on me. But the really dark perhaps cinnamon infused (don't hold me to it) version was not something for me. The noodles were ample but not plentiful and were legit. So I think I'd opt for Nori instead of Asian greens next time and go with more traditional toppings. But definitely endorse the pork belly. I tried a smoked eggplant sushi role as something new. Just fine, I've tried it but I'll try another combo they have next time. And I know the economics are tough these days and specialty roles are routinely low teens in cost, but I'd suggest a two tier pricing scheme rather than $13.00 for one with a single ingredient and just 6 rather than normally 8 for specialty rolls. Glad I stopped and I will again to try some of the other fare. Just may be a little more traditional in my choices next time.

I was disappointed they do not offer champagne by the glass. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. There is curated art throughout the restaurant and hotel that brings the outside in. There is an outdoor rooftop space and the rooms are stunning. Paul Michael will give you a tour, weather and time permitting, upon request. The entire staff was welcoming and fun. We returned for dinner the following Sunday to find the restaurant is now closed on Sundays. They do not have outdoor seating, and the rooftop does not offer seating or service. They feature many food friendly wines and a list that pairs well with menu offerings. They have several gluten free options and a kid's menu which includes dessert items. For cost conscious diners, they have a Monday through Friday happy hour from 3-6 with $5 beer and wine and $10 specialty cocktails, as well as $10 appetizers, which is reasonable.
