Fun littler bar with amazing musical talent. The staff is really friendly and they give you a great swift service. Drinks are priced fine and they are delicious. There is a small Jello Shot mini fridge over the counter as well. Water is free and ask them 5 times they will not hesitate at all. Musical acts at this place are local and plain amazing. Was there at the Wisp for a weekend and had a great time.

The Honi Honi is a must visit when in Deep Creek. We were visiting with a group for the weekend and we were able to pull the boat right up and park. We had 5 toddlers with us who loved the pirate ship playground. We sat at the tiki tables outside and listened to a live band while the kids played at the playground. They don't have food, but you're able to order food to go from Unos next door and bring it out to the patio.

A fun spot in Deep Creek. Definitely feels a little touristy trappy but I think the vibe here is pretty cool so who cares. Parking lot is a little dicey, they do have dock space as well. They have a great selection of drinks, especially frozen drinks. I had the bushwhacker which was very good. Drinks are a little pricy. Staff friendly. They have lots of yard games and live music both times I was there. A must visit if in Deep Creek.

Before going to Deep Creek, I heard that Honi Honi is definitely the place to go out. When we arrived at the bar, I was surprised by how much older the crowd was in comparison to other bars I've been to. There was a live band playing on the Saturday night that my friends and I went there. The band was pretty good, they had a lot of energy and great voices. I would have liked they played more popular songs for our generation, but I understand they were performing for the majority of the crowd (which was in their 40-50s). At one point they called up the bride-to-be in our group to play the tambourine. She had a blast being in the spotlight and having her own solo. The bar is very small, there wasn't a lot of room to dance or a place to stand as a large group. We eventually found a spot to stand around the bar. The bartender Josh was excellent. He was quick to get us our drinks, made our mixed drinks well, and very friendly to our group. Our group struck up many conversations with him about our bachelorette party, college football, and our jobs. His friendly personality made us not feel so out of place in the older bar crowd. I was surprised that the bar closed at 11pm, but it had cleared out by then so it makes sense. I would like to see how the crowd is in the summer and if the atmosphere is different. There's a great fire pit outside that I imagine is fun to be around when it is warmer outside.

If your taking a trip to DCL, chances are Honi Honi is on your list! You are able to travel in by car or boat. They always have live music during the day and at nights on the weekends! We always make a stop here while boating for the day to listen to some good tunes and drinks! Highly recommend!

We were out here for a family weekend getaway and this was the only bar and place we visited. Amazing scenery and the crowd was good too. This place is actually kid friendly and it has areas where you can sit around and have lunch.

Truly heaven on earth. If you're in Deep Creek, stopping by the Honi (that's what locals call it) is an absolute must.

Worst place ever. Spent $150 on drinks and manager wouldn't give even if we bought, a glass of grapefruit juice. Never come here.

I live in San Diego but my family has had a place at Deep Creek forever, and this is a must-go when you're there.

Firstly, no hate on the food, it was great. I got the fish and chips and it came out hot, crisp,…read moreand had good flavor. The coleslaw was finely shredded, which was a pleasant surprise, and dressed in the regular mayo sauce. The tartar sauce was the only thing mediocre seeing as it wasn't that tangy or acidic, it was pickley, which I like pickles, but I want my tartar sauce not that pickley. Now, as for why I only give it two stars. I came in with a group of 12 for lunch at about 1. I know this can be a bit overwhelming, but I don't think they had properly trained for scenarios like this. We talked to a waitress/host and she had said that they are doing tables in sections, which we were like, "We understand and would be ok if you had to split us into two tables," but I just don't think she knew what to do. So, she asked her manager, I presume, and they ended up putting tables together to accommodate us, and turned it into a teaching moment saying, "Anyone can do this" in reference to putting available tables together to seat a large group such as ours. After we were seated and had gotten our menus we put our drink orders in, which came out within a fair amount of minutes. We put in our food orders about 5 minutes later. Nothing too customized, just normal cheese, no cheese, sub regular fries for sweet potato. She took our order and never came back to our table until the food came out. This was a good 50+ minutes. I understand food for a large group can have a long wait time, but part of the service industry is giving updates and refreshing drinks. Other tables had came and went during the time we were there, it was quite bothersome. We had someone go up and ask about our food since we were all hungry and a bit ticked off. Soon after that we got what we ordered. Well, mostly at least. One person had ordered the portobello sandwich and that comes with sweet potato fries according to the menu. They came with regular for her plate. Not that she complained, the regular turned out more crispy than the sweet potato. It would have been nice to know in advance that they would have to sub it if they had ran out of sweet potato fries however. We asked for refills and once we got them she brought ketchup, asked if we needed anything else, and left us alone again. Our server along with seeming new, also had a tired/I don't like my job vibe the whole time. At the end of our meal, we got the check with 18% gratuity already set as the tip since we had a large group. The food was good, but I don't think we'll be back for our next big family trip up here. It seemed like they did best with smaller groups 2-4. Just make note if you're coming up here with a large party.
