Fixed that but have returned multiple times to keep issuing same resolution of more freon added. System will go a few days until it can't keep up with set point. Secondary line now drains when it never did. Did not replace my filter dryer after opening my system. Last visit they told me it was outside coils being dirty. Why is that all of a sudden an issue 2 weeks later? Left a hole in the top of my air handler after that visit. Overall, they have caused me to miss/leave work multiple times to meet them in hopes they will fix it that time. I'm tired of being hot and frustrated. Shocking thing is that they came well recommended. Such a shame!

They asked several questions and listened to what I had to say on the phone and assured me they could likely solve my A/C problems at a much more reasonable rate. Once they made it out to my place, they didn't try to push me on the most expensive, brand name units. Secondly, while the other competitor said I needed to replace both the upper A/C unit in my attic and the lower unit on the side of my house, Seal confirmed the lower unit was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced since it was only installed six years ago. Long story short, they were able to replace the entire upper unit while saving me thousands! They also completed the work quickly and professionally. My house is blowing cold air again and I can't wait to see the energy savings in the summer. They always respond quickly enough and are helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with their long-standing service guy, Jimmy, but he's since retired. The younger guys working there now are still great, he must have trained them well. We have no plans to work with anyone else as long as we own a home in their service area. They do their best to keep costs manageable while not recommending systems/options that won't last. It's a hassle to deal with AC in the Texas heat, but Brown is good to have around to help survive it without going broke. I'd recommend 'em, for sure.

He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person.
