I made an appointment for an oil change and transmission service. Between the time I made the appointment and the service, a light came on. I thought for sure they wouldn't mind running the code so I could set up an appointment. Nope. Couldn't be bothered. I went to O'Reilly's who ran the code for free, and sold me the parts. I know they are busy, but I have had my truck for ten years and come here pretty often. I get the impression they only want the money. No customer service at all. I won't come here again. Worst car experience ever. I bought new car, sensors go out driving it from dealership, afterwards I call them up take it in to get serviced Monday morning, the technicians don't know what they are doing, order wrong parts. It is Friday my car is not ready yet. In the meantime they get me small sedan as "holdover car" which was not comparable to the rogue I bought. Well Friday comes around and they knew prior I was living 6 hours away so Nissans proposed solution was the following weekend I DRIVE 6 HOURS FT WORTH 6 HOURS BACK TO COORDINATE EXCHANGE. After asking them if they are out of their damn minds I finally bent them over to get me a rogue to drive back home and they would drive my car back to me. Ended up being Thursday so 1.5 weeks after getting it originally sent in. Even during the exchange these folks were moving slow. They tried to convince me to take another SUV that was "identical to mine" and would knock a mere $300 off. I told them we test drove that one and it also wasn't working. They did another test drive before we could leave.. yep, wasn't working! In spite of getting awful service, they certainly don't like a public bad image bc when I was telling the sales staff what was happening in front of other prospective buyers SUDDENLY they wanted to work w me in diff room Then off after the whole ordeal they send me a damn empty tank these cheapskates after I filled up the car so they wouldn't charge me 3 organs for the fuel Our sales person was not convenient to reach out to, the service guys don't know what h to e he'll is going on, the manager does bare minimum and short communication everywhere... I check the link they sent and select the critical ones to approve. Got nothing to notify me of when my car would be ready so I call.... Some guy answers and literally tells me "it's PROBABLY ready, you can just head this way". I get ready and give it sometime.. about an hour because I honestly don't think he actually checked on my car. I get there around 1pm... lo and behold... it's not ready. They tell me my advisor didn't make it into work so they weren't aware of my vehicle. I wait in the lobby for an hour or so without any updates on my car. Took my 2022 Altima in to reprogram the TPMS & to repair the washer fluid level sensor. They reset only (not reprogrammed) the TPMS. Then quoted $780.00 to completely replace the window washer reservoir. They stated level sensor was only available as a complete unit. They then charged me $69. + to RESET TPMS, which only lasted a couple hours b/4 warning light reappears. I took it back the next day & had it reprogrammed. Another $120!! I then go to YouTube to check on fluid sensor because I was not going to pay $780.00! YouTube had many vids on this simple repair. Buy the part and 30-45 minutes to install. The sensor I bought on Amazon for $14.00 with FREE next day delivery. Do NOT trust Fort Worth Nissan service. They will rip you off. read more

Buyers beware about Nissan titan transmissions bc you can't buy internal parts to fix something, so you're forced to buy a 12 k transmission (buy a new vehicle at that point). Call the company, and demand they stop doing this to rip off their customers. On a 2018 titan, if you have a transmission leak, the do not have the seal to buy, and only the dealer makes it, and they don't sell it. It's a 12 k transmission, so you're basically forced to buy a new transmission if you get a leak. I almost bought one, but thankfully, I did not and I found out how dishonest they are. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge via online. My salesman was Abe. I asked him to point out every single imperfection on the vehicle so I could decide if it would be the right purchase, or if I needed To negotiate based on damage. He told me the car was very clean. He said there were only two nicks on the car and sent me a picture of them. He completely made me believe that these were the only 2 things wrong. He told me the car was super clean and would be a great vehicle. When he delivered the car yesterday, I noticed a bad mark on the hood that they had put a clear film over. Someone had poorly tried to touch up paint on it, which was not even the correct paint and it was then covered with their $1300 clear coat protective thing they try to charge on top of everything. When I drove the car the next day to work, I noticed major imperfections. There is a big scrape on the right front end and multiple scrapes with paint off on the both sides of the front end. There is a nick out of the leather on the inside center console/armrest. There is a hole in the material on the back passenger seat. I sent a message to Abe to let him know that I was not happy and what I had found. He did not have the courage to call me and had a "manager" named David call me. David completely over talked me and tried to come up with excuses, including telling me the nick on top of the hood probably happened when Abe was driving it to where I live. I told him no that they had touched it up with what looks like somebody put some paint on their finger and dabbed it on a hole on the hood and then it was underneath that $1300 protective thing they add to the vehicle to charge more money. He kept over talking me and telling me that there's a risk involved when purchasing a used car and not all used cars are perfect, etc. He would not let me speak. I explained to him that I knew he was going to say something like this. He did not offer any resolve. He did ask for me to forward the pictures for review. Not a bad place. Had the Premium package and Platinum addition vehicles that we were looking for. Not sure if that's from luck or because their vehicle are marked up an extra $1200 compared to other locations. Granted they justify that by adding extras at the location, like wheel locks.... I haven't seen wheel locks on new cars for years, yet they still charge $100 plus for wheel locks that are $30 online. One thing I find on most of the Nissan dealers we've come across, they don't put the garage door opener buttons on the mirrors anymore. They don't have them anywhere, I've had them on all my vehicles for years, now they aren't adding them? Even the Platinum addition they had was missing it. Odd. And the fog lamps, those are part of any package either. We can order it online, but none of the vehicles we've looked at here had them. read more

They told me that i might need a brake guild change but they'd let me know what was needed for my car. Well turns out on my 20,000mile car didn't need a brake guild change but they didn't it anyways. When I informed them I didn't need it they said it was to late and already done. Taking my total from about 140ish to over $300. As a female I felt taken advantage of. When a return customer shows up and they are asked to still pay $3000 additional market adjustment along with $1295 "Protection package" that is nothing but fluff. I went around the corner and was able to get a fantastic deal on a new Kia, with more features, and not have to pay additional market adjustment. On 3/3/23 I went to Fort Worth Nissan to see if I could trade my Nissan SUV in on a second vehicle that could tow our RV or trailer and possibly have enough room to carry our very small pond jumper to the lake for fishing. My wife does not like going to the dealership as they pressure her and she gets very uncomfortable when they do. It does not bother me the way it does her. I talked with my wife and she gave me parameters of what she expected payment and vehicle wise. I went on a Friday evening so I would not waste a bunch of time driving to the dealer to try to make a deal as I had plenty to do the following day. The standard car shopping experience started there. I walked around to see if there was anything I was interested in that might fit the price point that I needed to be in. I was greeted by a young salesman and he showed me two "possibilities". I quote possibility as the second vehicle was no where near the realm of my needs in payment. I came prepared with a spare key to the vehicle I would have traded, told them to pull my credit and we took a test drive in the first vehicle. That was a solid NO on that one. The vehicle was only 2 years old and creaked like it was much older. The dash even moved a bit when you put pressure on the steering wheel. The power was pitiful for the engine it had. There was no way this vehicle would tow a 3,000 pound RV and do it with any urgency. We move on to the second vehicle. Now to preface, I told them EVERYTHING up front (payment, what warranties I wanted, what my needs were, etc.). I was thinking that there was no way they were going to even come close to the payment I outlined from the start. They start tossing numbers that are way above the monthly amount I was looking to spend. Both vehicles were used. That does not bother me if the vehicle is in good operating shape and I can get a full warranty. In the end, the BEST they could do was over $70 more a month than my initial planned payment. At one point towards the end, they had 4 people at the desk trying to woo me into their offer. I was resolute and would not budge as they would not either. Before I left they gave me a paper with the vehicle information and possible payments depending on term and amount placed down. I thought about it the next morning and sent a text to the salesman that helped me. Knowing that car sales persons are busy, I gave 3 hours before I even sent a follow up text. Still nothing. So I finally call as I wanted to get on with my day. Well, the salesman states the car was sold earlier that morning. My intent of the text was a counter offer higher than I had said the previous evening. Now, if the story ended here, I would not have bothered going any further. Yes, I was not entirely happy that the person did not respond for a long period and that I had to call to find out what a 30 second text would have covered, but life is short and some things can be forgiven. Fast forward to the following Monday, 3/6/23. My wife gets a call from the dealer asking how we are enjoying the new truck we bought. They never called the person, me, that was actually in the dealership. I stated to each person there that my wife did not want any part of the transaction several times. During the Friday night session, they even tried to get me to call her so they could talk to her and I flat out refused. Why call the person that had no part of it? This ate at me through the day. When I got off work, I called the dealership to find out why they called her as it made her very uncomfortable. The person that answered was not unpleasant at first until I asked to speak to the sales manager. She tried to press on and I interrupted and in an upset voice, I repeated that I wanted to speak to the sales manager. After a short back and forth, she states something along the lines of, " Well, good luck with that." and immediately disconnected the call. I try to call back 3 times and am instantly shoved to hold music. The first time I called it was an instant answer. I call one additional time and chose the general operator instead of the sales department. I get an answer and explain my situation and ask to speak to the sales manager again. She honestly tried, however the sales manager was busy and she gave me Jo Anne (spelling?) an assistant sales manager. Jo Anne listened patiently and actively to the whole ordeal and took everything down. Here's the fun twist. While I am on the phone with the assistant manager, someone from the same number as the last call to my wife, calls her again while I am on the phone. I knew immediately as she texted me when it happened. By the end of the call, Jo Anne stated she took everything down and would have the sales manager contact me the following day. I waited... No call. the same on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and even today a week later. 8 cars over the last 8 years bought from this place. Unsure if will be a 9th. read more

January 15th, 2021 Hello to All, I am so thankful I was able to get my 2015 Honda CR-V on January 7th, 2021! My car salesman Chase Tennyson was absolutely amazing! This young man is very professional, transparent, and very patient. He has a very bright future ahead of him. My mother recently passed from Covid-19 and I buried her January 2, 2021. I was literally receiving messages from the funeral home in regards to my mother's custom details for her headstone while also going through a bad break-up. My heart was heavy and I was exhausted from life and all these challenges I have been hit with. I had a few breakdowns in front of Chase and he was so understanding of my situations and made me feel confident that he was going to do everything within his power, with the help of his teammates, to help me get a vehicle... and that he did! Mr. Chris Anderson kindly inserted himself just to make sure I was being taken care of and was satisfied with the service I was receiving. I have never heard of or had the actual owner of any dealership ever check on me about anything! His example of leadership is why he has a great staff around him! I was truly amazed and felt valued from all team members. Thank Mr. Anderson for running a good, clean, and friendly business environment. Lastly, the only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I was having trouble getting through on the phone lines and communication through email to get a copy of all the paperwork I initialed and signed wasn't as responsive as I hoped. But, it is also a busy location. Which is why I understood the lack there of. So, I just decided to return to the location to retrieve some of those documents. To me, face to face is always the best option but, due to Covid-19, and my recent loss, I am trying to handle things virtually as much as I can. He apologized for the past dealings and provided the written promise for the four oil changes. As of this writing, my first oil change is being honored. Thank for you very much, Travis. I would not trust these guys. Get everything in writing. I rarely review but at this moment, I am in the middle of asking the "new" manager's to honor a deal made in January. I wanted to keep my car payment low so I did not add any maintenance plans to the purchase. I was hesitant but eventually signed when the sales manager, Brad, and salesperson, Jesus promised to throw in 4 free oil changes. I am not a super negotiator so I didn't get it in writing because I trusted them at their word. That was a mistake. I do have a text exchange with the salesman promising to send me documentation for the free oil changes which he never followed up on. Time passed and my first oil change is coming up so I contacted the salesman again and reminded him of the oil change. I had to send a picture of the text exchange acknowledging the four free oil changes promise but, lo and behold, Brad has left without adding that agreement to the sale, and now there is new management. Beware that they don't deduct the $195 diagnostic fee from work they consequently recommend and that you agree to have done even in the same visit unless it is for the specific reason you suspected the check engine light was on. I went in to fix my wife's van and buy my son a small car. They recommended over $7k in unrelated repairs, so in order to at least get something for my diag. fee (their plug-in tester of course displayed the same error code as my personal one had displayed) I had the over-priced dealer rear brake job done. After doing some research, I'm ed what car I wanted and had a pre approval letter from Nissan for a specific amount. I told salesman what I wantec, he tried to sell me a used car, told him again what I wanted and showed him a picture of their inventory and the specific Rogue SV I wanted for 31,450.00. After waiting for hours, I walked out with the new car and left my 2017 Altima. They said the paperwork was sent digitally. All lies...I got home and waited and received no paper work. I sent messages and went to pick up what I thought was my original paper. They did not produced them instead they gave me computer generated copies with the numbers all forged - not what we agreed on. Tried to talk to the manager Rebecca who kept calling me "love" and tried to gaslight me into accepting the new numbers. It won't work. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will do what it takes to get resolution. I went there to buy a car on a Friday. They valued my trade-in, I filled out the credit application and test drove 2 vehicles and made my choice. Then I was told since I was upside-down by a little over $4,000 that I would have to put about $6,000 or more down to cover it. That down about was about the same as the dealer add-ons and my note payoff. I told them that I would only out $1,000 down. Here it is a week later and I called my salesman and they said they couldn't do the deal unless I put down the other amount. The salesman also told me that Tyler...I guess he's a manager...had called and told me they couldn't do the deal. That phone call never happened. We contacted this dealership bc I found a vehicle that I liked online, so we checked to see if it was available. I filled out their contact page and someone reached out to me fairly quickly, within the hour, and I was told that it was available. While communicating with them I also found out that they don't mark up their vehicles like every other dealership does these days, and that made us want to work with them. We started our communication through text, and I would get a call once in a while (usually from a sales manger). After going back and forth we agreed on a number bc they wanted our business that night. Side note, I just got released from the hospital from having back surgery and can't travel in a vehicle or be out walking around. Throughout ALL of the communication (text), it was mentioned that I would be bringing my own finance bc I could do it all online. I offered a cashiers check, or to email the paperwork for financing. I was told that a cashiers check would be fine, or that I could email them the funding paperwork and was given an email address. They checked back in on the morning of and offered for us to just bring the paperwork or the check. After we were already 55 mins into a 1hr+ drive, we got a phone call telling us that we couldn't use our own outside financing. That "if we wanted the vehicle it's what we have to do!" My driver arrived about 15-20 mins later, and they continued to tell us that we couldn't use our own financing. They do an amazing job to get you to come in, and once they know you are past the point of no return they will switch everything up on you. The good ole bait and switch!! By the time it was all said and done, they raised the price of the vehicle and we were able to use our own financing, but it was not without a lot of "discussion". The sales guy was great and was in constant communication with us, but the Sales managers, Gonzalo and Mark, were the random phone call interruptions and the bait and switched specialists. If it wasn't for us not backing down, and eventually giving in to negotiations we wouldn't have a vehicle. I applaud them for being "ethical" up front by not overpricing their vehicles when everyone else does, but it seems they only do it to switch on you later. read more

We purchased a Rogue Sport new from Nissan Fort Worth in 2017. After having to redo all of the paperwork because the financial rep messed up the numbers, we drove out happy with our purchase. In 2020 the check engine light kicked on, cylinder misfire, and we took it in under warranty. Service team switched spark plugs and told us bring it back if any issues. Totally fine.. Now 2021 this dealer has gone from good to run away. Check engine light came on, another cylinder misfire, and we took it in on a Friday morning. Service guy called me a few hours later and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they just cleared the check engine light... so you can't figure out what's wrong so just clear the light and give it back?? This is how they fix your cars... I told them that's not acceptable and they need to figure out what is wrong. They told me they would keep it until Monday and check again (yeah right). Monday rolls around and service rep is not picking up any of my calls and finally texts me back around 3pm saying still can't figure out anything wrong. I told them fine I'll come pick it up... THE VERY NEXT DAY THE LIGHT COMES BACK ON. We will be taking our Nissan to another dealer for help from now on and honestly very disappointed with how they handled this. read more

I purchased a new Rogue and they gave me 2 years of free oil changes which kept me coming back but having to wait 2 or more hours every time I come in for a scheduled visit is ridiculous. I had my best laugh of the day at this dealership while trying to buy a used Honda CRV. While not budging on their listed price, the sales manager, a guy named James Jones, comes out and gives me a few reasons why he couldn't go lower than than the $14k listed price. He tells me that because of the hurricanes, this cars price will actually go up to over $15k in the coming months. LOL! A used car that has been sitting in your lot for 73 days (according to CarGurus.com) is going to APPRECIATE in value? Good one Mr.Jones. Thats when I knew we needed to go somewhere else. read more
