I've been training with Rochelle in Pilaties for a little over a year now, and not only has she improved my physical physique but also my knowledge about physical health! I learn something new every class. I can't imagine not having her in my weekly routine, her care for each of her students and her want for improving their daily lives is extremely evident. She's the best!

This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

Loud, messy, very "watch your step." The space itself is huge, which I loved, and the music hits just right. I took a women's group strength class with Jess, who was super kind, checked in on my knee injury, and offered mods when needed. Overall, solid workout. Not easy, not killer, just right down the middle. I'll be honest though... I was fully distracted by a personal trainer on the side absolutely wrecking her clients. Like hi, I want THAT workout. Clean bathrooms, booked easily on ClassPass, and I spotted Hyrox signs which got me excited. There's also a physical therapy biz inside, and both seemed busy, so clearly something's working. The vibe felt a little more quiet and low key than my usual energy, but I can see the community is there. All in, a solid 4 stars. Not rushing back, but I'd try another class... and maybe sneak into one of those savage one on one sessions next time.

His excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the start, and we are excited to be members. We highly recommend this gym because of the positive experience he provided. The equipment may be a little old but very functional. Cleaning supplies are all around with paper towels and spray adequately stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There's always someone ready at the front desk to promptly greet and assist. No one is pushy or trying to sell you coaching/personal trainer lessons unlike some of the other gyms that seem to leap at that first site of a new member. The sauna is one of my favorites as a pre-work out or post work out. Most of the time, the heat is sufficient and I'm adequately drenched in sweat. Feedback I have would to be 1) include paper towels in restroom 2) include clock in sauna 3) have some extra moveable benches so they can be used with the cable machines.

You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

The atmosphere is much better and you can tell people take their workout seriously. It is smaller and there's some equipment I miss, but overall its a better gym. Staff seems friendly and I see them clean quite a bit. Don't really ever have to wait for a rack as they have 2 platform half racks and another one in a different area that has a landmine. The machines I've used feel pretty smooth and I notice pretty much everyone wipes them down when they're done. They have 3 bench press stations that are pretty sweet! You can change the angle in increments of 5% on decline and incline. Something I also really like is they have a nice standing and seated calf machine. Also a pretty good variety of attachments for the pulley machines. Wish they had heavier dumbbells though, as I can't do DB rows with straps anymore unless I wanna do like 40+ reps. I know that sounds crazy, but when you strap up you'd be surprised how much you're limiting your back gainz yo. But they have a landmine where you can load the weight up and do the same type of row. Oh and if you know what a glute ham raise is they have it! I love that thing and have been using it twice a week and am still getting stronger at it. They have a cool turf area in the back where you can do a variety of things, but unfortunately all it can take is 1 person in the area and you can no longer drag the sled/tire around or do farmer walks which are things I really like to do. Also, I honestly feel kind of bad when I do it because I feel like I'm hogging the area. If there was just a little more square feet it would be absolutely perfect. The only really legit complaint I have is the water temperature is not consistent in the showers(its usually cold or lukewarm). If that could be fixed that would be great. Cold water is fine now, but its pretty miserable once you get to the winter time. Even with a few things I don't like I highly recommend this gym and think that you will really like it too!
