Jasmine was the instructor, she was unengaged (she asks you for your goals and music selection and never reads) and rude the camp is run like high school track practice. It's a 5:30 am start that is great if you have a busy work day ahead of you but not so great when you are singled out when you arrive late etc... vs. creating a positive do what you can environment and making everyone feel welcome and having fun with struggles.
