It don't even want to put a star but I had no choice, I'm so upset and angry! I go in and show the tattoo artist what I want and this is how I left ! I'm so upset he offered to fix it but fix what ? I don't want it to get worse then what it already is, he told me his night was ruined and he has to pay out of his pocket the owner back? Like I'm completely confused "your night is ruined" NO MY FACE MY EAR IS RUINED, now I have to wait for this to heal and find someone capable of coming up with something pretty to fix it. ! I got my Labre pierced here about 3 weeks ago. The piercing is supposed to go through the skin under the lip what the pierced did instead was pierce under my lip up through the top of my lip. Basically giving my a vertical labre through the back of my lip. The healing process was hell, the piercing migrated through my lip fucking it up. I heard from another shop that the piercers here are unexperienced and that's why their prices are so cheap. If you know what's good for you don't get pierced here. read more

They finally acknowledged us and then some rude guy came from the back and told us he had no idea who was doing our tattoo and I said could we call the owner because we scheduled with him and the man said sure you could call him I said well we don't have his personal number could you help he said no....worst customer service ever will never come back! read more

the workers here are all very nice, I always feel welcomed and they seem to all have an upbeat and positive attitude. I went in to get my nose repierced and they had a girl in training and I agreed to let her do my nose. She was so sweet and knew what she was doing. Very professional and calmed my nerves. She educated me on how to take care of my piercing and how to properly clean it. All in all would definitely recommend this tattoo shop for piercings and tattoos. The owner does great work (I have a great tattoo with him) but other than him his co workers are shitty people . They will not work with you. His piercer made me really nervous and even after I was trying to relax before getting the piercing he rudely told me do you want the piercing or not. His piercer did not make me feel welcome at all. He literally told me "its customer like you who make me hate this job" simply cuz I was looking in the mirror " to long"trying to make sure my piercing was straight. My 2 friends and I came in for piercings and we left so happy. Our piercings were fine by Tokyo and he made us feel so comfortable all while still remaining professional and providing great recommendations. I came in wanting a double tragus and most shops will give you what you want just to get their money but Tokyo recommended that I didn't since I have really small ears. I just got a normal tragus piercing but I'm SO HAPPY with it. My other friends got a nose piercing and navel piercing. He was comfortable with all of us being in the room with him while piercing. I love this place and glad I came here and Tokyo will be the only one doing my piercings from now on! read more

Warning! Please Do not go to this place to get tattood. I was a victim of fraud here they charged my card 3 times for a tattoo I got done. I had to go to the bank to dispute the charges because they could not refund the error they made. After I had been inconvenienced, I still in good faith went back to pay the tattoo artist for the work he had done, the owner of the tattoo shop still charged my card without my permission for the tattoo after I had already paid. The Owner text me after I tried to contact him several times and finally replied with " now ur fucken buggin me! im fucking tattooing woman!! sorry u re so paranoid u should ve never go along with a croked deal!! bring the cops FBI n whatever u want! i already told u! ur money has been reversed! have a good day!! Needless to say very unprofessional and crooked of him to try and steal my money. I'm reporting him and hope that if you are thinking about going here you think twice don't be the victim too. read more

I went in today to get a simple monroe piercing. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. The guys attending me were very nice and helpful with everything. During the time of the actuall piercing it was relaxing to see him make sure everything was perfect! He kept talking to me normaly while he pierce my lip and it helpe a lot with my nerves.
