We inquired with them and got a response within 24 hours. On the day of the install (which was a couple of weeks after the assessment, as their schedule was booked until then), they showed up on time and within the first hour had torn down the old fence and started installing the new. We got 8-foot high fence for privacy and to make sure the neighbor's dog couldn't jump it; my husband also requested that the fence be installed "backwards" aka we would see the railing and poles.
