The tow truck driver at Sharp's Towing recommended me to Riley's. The truck was dropped off there and I was at their office at 8 am. Now to maintain the warranty of the tire you have to bring in and rotate every 5k. So at 5k i make an appointment for 2pm, at 1:45pm i show up BOL says only 1 in front of me, cool i thought. Now at 2:40pm I ask BOL when will my car go in. His response we are pulling it in right now. Hmmm, im looking at it not moving. BOL RIGHT TO YOUR FACE! I ask how do you normally schedule appointments and why over scheduling, BOL, we aren't allowed to say no to anyone! Apparently you're not allowed to say no OR tell the truth.
