However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. Problem is he never came back. I contacted him repeatedly, and each time he always had the excuse that he's been too busy and promised to come back, but he never did and never bothered to follow up. As for the wiring harness, it wasn't needed. Another mechanic said the broken wire just needed to be reattached, which he did for free. Robert is either incompetent or planned on ripping me off for a part he knew I didn't need. Robert, I reported you to the KY Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.
