Two skylights had been removed with the new roof, which left the skylight tunnels leading down to the back porch. Rather than patch in the areas where the tunnels remained, we decided to replace the entire ceiling with the same material as the original build. We were concerned with matching the patched areas if we didn't do the whole ceiling. The CNO team completed the entire job in about 4 hours, and the quality was exceptional. Additionally, the gentlemen were professional, polite, timely and if they were encountering any problems or hiccups, they always called to let me know. They were considerate of my children's napping schedules and did all the noises stuff when it would not interfere with the kids. The prices were very reasonable, especially when I consider what my time spent enjoying my family, rather than mucking up some project around the house, is worth to me! Where other roofing contractors were trying to sell me a new roof that I don't need, John discovered that nothing on my roof had been caulked or sealed, causing the leak.
