Cindy is AMAZING! She gets a feel for who you are and what your tastes are in a very short time. She's also very strategic about her work. She helps you plan from the broad to the specific, and works with the flow of the whole house as well as individual rooms. She is BRILLIANT at color and lighting, and does all of the legwork to find other materials that complement the project. She came back with a range of recommendations that all reflect what we discussed. (At the time I was redoing all of the rooms in a small home on the West side). Everything was completely affordable and in almost every instance I went with her suggestions. Shortly after doing all the work I put the house on the market and got RAVE reviews on everything. When I moved into my new home, we needed to paint and do a few other upgrades. Again, Cindy came to the rescue and ten years later, I'm still getting complements on the paint colors and other advice she gave me. She's now helping with a kitchen facelift, and I'm so grateful to have her guidance. I've learned a great deal about how to pick things and make them work together in the time I've spent with her. She did not return calls or emails after we began projects. Had many excuses for her delays. Over priced furniture with no recourse when wrong for space or didn't match grouping. She said she showed us a picture so she did not take furniture back. Picked paint colors for our condo with little thought. Elizabeth is unorganized and scattered in her business. I can only be positive about space planning recommendations. We live in Ann Arbor and I saw her ad in the Ann Arbor observer newspaper.

This included cellular shades and shutters. The install of the shades went smoothly however when it came to the shutters it was a nightmare. Let's just say that a globe chandler was knocked into and fell, breaking not only all over my brand new hardwood floor but also over the installer himself, leaving him bleeding all over a brand new rug and my walls. Their repair jobs were very subpar and they still charged us the full price. After more back and forth emails, we received more excuses and blame towards us, rather than trying to fix the issue until we were completely satisfied.
