Very disappointing experience. For close to $600 per month, I expected better communication, better leadership, and a supportive environment for young athletes. That has not been our experience at all.This club feels extremely results driven and money driven, with very little concern for the emotional well-being of young athletes. From our experience, the club prioritizes certain athletes and leaves others feeling overlooked, discouraged, and unsupported. I would think very carefully before bringing your child here. My daughter started this program loving volleyball. And although my daughter has a high level of emotional intelligence, she feels defeated and does not even want to attend practices or games. As a parent, that is heartbreaking and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. This has not felt like a place that protects the best interest of young athletes. It feels like a club focused on results, reputation, and money, even when the cost is a child's confidence and mental health. Same concerns were shared with me by other parents, who said their children have cried because of the hurtful comments made by some of the coaches. I wish I had read all these bad reviews before signing up. I DO NOT not recommend this club AT ALL!! read more

Inconsistent coaching has created a poor experience for many players. Coaches are not held accountable to improve and may not provide equal development for all players on a team. High cost with mediocre quality. read more

If you're not on the One's in this club you're just wasting your money because most of the other coaches aren't worth their weight in salt. If u want a club that stacks the team 15 people deep (in other words we've got more kids sitting on the sidelines than most clubs have on the entire team). It's just plain a money grab. MAYBE it would be worth it if they actually got good coaching from it all. But that's just not the case - at least it wasn't our experience. We once had a sub coach and the girls learned more in that one instance than they did from their actual "coach" the entire season. read more

This club is money focus and not to your kids volleyball skills. Some of the coaches are not skilled to teach the kids volleyball. Another area of concerns is there is like more than 12 in each team which your kid will not be able to use its potential! It is not worth the investment. Find a different club that will not focus on making more money compromising the kids ability to learn volleyball skills. Staff are rude. There is only 2 smelly dirty bathroom for all the people that come in, and no enough sets for the paying parents to at least watch what they have paid. You will be disappointed. We started here during "prep" days but as time goes by you will see how they ripped your hard earned money. Owners should pay attentions to the multiple emails and complaints but they are very good on ignoring them. Parents, research more and find a different club. read more

They should use all the money they charge for spectators and snacks to add some legitimate bathrooms to accommodate all the people they cram in there. It's wild that they would host tournaments and only have 2 single person stalls for hundreds of spectators. At least rent some porta potties for tournament days! Also the guy who seems like he is in charge walks around barking orders at people all day and is super rude. read more

if I could I'd rate it minus 5 stars. we've gone to Forza for training and tournaments. if you pay thousands you expect great training and respect. but that's not what happens here. You pay thousands of dollars and only if your player is getting college attention they only give your player recognition. This club is a money grabber. MOST coaches are immature and the director couldn't care less. What coaches sits and pout when their team is losing? Great coaches, admin, and facility. They are very diplomatic when issues arise. This is one of the top clubs in the area. Forza North is also ranked nationally which is very impressive since they are only 10 years old. Shoutout to Morgan for being a great director, Sam for being a great admin. I wanted to wait to write a review until we had moved on to another club and we had time to sit with it. We are now with the new club and my daughter is very happy. Happy to be away from the toxic environment that only breeds more toxicity. From top (director Morgan) down, the attitude from this club is that you need them more than they need you. That may have been true until word got out and many families and coaches left for better days. Everyone that I've spoken to personally is happier and their daughters are thriving. From high dues to mediocre coaching, this club shows its colors early on but they don't care because you've signed a contract. My advice is to go where your kid will play and grow and not to the perceived "best" because Forza 1 and their abundance of red flags will only set you back in your pocket book and your player's progression. My oldest daughter went there for one season. Mainly to have her a bit better prepared for high school team. My other daughters may go here too. The one star reviews seem to be from people that do not want their children coached. Coaching is not about being sweet and nice. There are several courts all being used at the same time, YOU HAVE TO YELL TO BE HEARD. Participation awards do not build character. Being told you are doing great when you aren't is not helpful for growth. read more

The coaches at Forza 1 north are amazing towards the children. Two coaches In particular are amazing! The first one is Kylie Miller, she is so nice and has such a positive attitude. One of the others is Tina Lee, extremely positive and has such a fun energy with the children. read more

Will not be doing volleyball again if this is where the games are played. They won't let you in until the games start. They make you wait in line and not even able to use the restroom. read more

Love this club when my daughter was in the fall clinics she improved so much and her technique got a lot better. Coaches are well trained and know what their doing. My daughter loves her club team here. Really good place to go to if you want your kids to play volleyball definitely recommend. read more

Currently enrolled in this money driven club! Will not be doing another season. The coaches are unprofessional and rude! One is a young kid with dyed orange hair always smells like weed. Coaches are always late to practice complaining of too much traffic. Plan accordingly like we do! Another brings her dogs to practice every week. The fact they charge $10 per person to see our own player participate in a 3 hour what they call tournament for one day is a joke and my understanding nowhere in contract! Also players aren't allowed to bring snacks or drinks because again they want us to fund the high travel team going to Italy. Morgan and Samantha are rude they act like you bother them if you ask a question. I believe there are so many discrepancies in their contract that a class action is coming their way. This is a complete money driven enterprise! They probably pay these coaches minimum wage we did the math and the team pays $600 per practice per night and the coach is always late. For $2500 a uniform should be included and at very least some qualified coaches and nice staff! To my understanding Morgan was relieved from Bonita school district due to a sex allegation so I'm surprised Forza want him attached to their name. This place is a joke! There are so many unhappy parents they better get it together. I do see the ass kisser parents but you know they always have those in sports! read more

My daughter hates this club the people here are rude and disrespectful. The coaches have no respect for the children and all they do is yell at them instead of trying to help them learn. Not a great experience for my daughter. The purpose of putting her in club was to improve skills. Some players are allowed to behave unsportsmanlike and making it difficult for others to build confidence in their abilities. Like another reviewer said, they are money driven. All they want is to get paid and have a not my problem approach once money is collected. read more

The response was super short telling me there are no tryouts right now and i could look into a summer camp. That's it. So, I will take my money and go somewhere else. They have no respect for kids They play favorites. They will make feel like shit and they will make feel like you know nothing. They say they will only have up to 8 girls but the have 14 witch is enough to make 2 teams and still have 2 extra They will only play there favorites and when talk to They act dumb and say "it because the other girls is better" they will look past the not favorite girls every time they do a amazing play and js say good job but when there favorite girls do the same play they get all excited and start cheering. Beware of Coach Lala Kaeo of this club. We had a huge issue with her bullying my daughter and verbally abusing players. She constantly yells and tells them that they are not good when they make mistakes. If your daughter doesn't make it on her "good" side she will show your daughter loud and clear she does not like her. She pushes lessons with her and gave the impression that if you do lessons with someone else you don't play. My daughter suffered for 4 months before I realized what was happening. Thankfully I got her out to another team and she was able to finish out the season but a couple of the other girls were not so lucky they quit mid season. Lala completely destroys confidence, the love of the game, AND she doesn't coach. Plus leaves out and ignores the ones she doesn't like even during practices. She wouldn't even put my daughter in during practices! My daughter just stood around during practices because she wouldn't put her in the rotation. (I saw this happen). Coaches like her need to be removed and should not be allowed to be around our girls. My daughter played 5 years and it took one bad coach 4 months to destroy her passion. Now she's afraid she might run into a same coach again. Hope Forza does the right thing and send Lala out. read more

Dont waste your money here. They charge top dollar and you may get a terrible coach. My daughters last coach was very unprofessional and a total bully!!! My daughter has played for years and learned absolutely nothing from this coach the entire 6 months. It was obvious that she was just there for the paycheck and had no business being a coach at all. She didnt enjoy it and had a bad attitude. I'll be giving my money to another Volleyball Club instead of one that hires crap coaches just so they can take my money.
