The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.

They had everything we needed in his size shin guards for $13.99 and cleats for $34.99. Such incredibly fair prices for quality gear! True one-stop shop for all your soccer needs. I called ahead and they held the shoes for us. When we arrived, they fit perfectly. A kind gentleman even helped us size the shin guards with the cleats so everything was just right. My son was thrilled, and I loved the excellent customer service and selection. Highly recommend this store for any soccer parent!

It's really disappointing to see the Friday (already dead) and Sunday league dying out. Offering a real incentive to win, like 25% to 50% off a season for the A division champions, could help bring back some competition and excitement. Another issue is the price increase. Going from $800 to $1100 for a season is a huge jump, especially when nothing has actually improved. SoFive is charging more but providing the same experience the previous owners, Upland Sports Arena, used to offer. At least they would post the winners and make players feel recognized. For a company this size, it honestly comes across as greed. At this rate, I guess I'll just keep playing the same five teams until everyone finally quits. After two years under SoFive, I expected more improvements, not higher prices for the same thing. I love playing here and I truly hope they do ANYTHING to bring both these leagues back to life.

But I played soccer at a high level…read moremyself (academy in Europe), so I've been around a lot of coaches, and I can say without exaggeration that Jessie is in a different category. There's a reason people at the club call him Pep. What makes him special isn't just his soccer IQ, though that's elite. It's that he actually cares about the kids he works with. He reads people fast, knows when to push and when to back off, and has this way of making a kid believe in themselves without inflating their ego. That's a rare skill. Most coaches can teach a drill. Very few can develop a player and a person at the same time. Jessie does both. Beyond the field, he's one of the most genuine, hardworking people I've come across. If I had a kid and lived in the area, he'd be training with Jessie. That's the highest endorsement I can give

Not good. Do not sign any long term contract unless you feel 100% confident this is what you want…read more We initially did a try out with Coach Jessie. He told us to come at 5pm. We get there and see there are a bunch of little kids. We expressed to him that he doesn't want to train with kids much younger than him because it's just me not beneficial for him. The intensity level is so much lower. He said ok,come back at 6 then and you can train with the older kids. So we did that and my son absolutely loved it because he was challenged. I was actually looking for 1 on 1 training for my son. Coach Jessie only does group training.. I was hesitant and wanted to try out some other coaches first but my son really had a good experience with the older kids. I made the mistake of signing a contract. After signing this contract, within 2 weeks Jessie regrouped the kids. My son grouped with the younger kids, something we expressed to Jessie that we didn't want during the tryout. I was disappointed, my son was disappointed. I felt absolutely betrayed.. However, there were still a few kids his age and some of the younger kids were very skilled. So I was disappointed, but convinced myself that it might be okay. Then next week came and now those skilled kids are gone. My son, who is 11 , about to turn 12, is practicing with kids much younger than him. They are basically beginners. He is absolutely bored. The practice was a fraction of the intensity of what he was getting with his club so he was receiving absolutely zero benefits. I was very frustrated and after this session informed Jessie that I wanted to cancel after this month. Turns out, I cannot. I am locked in for 6 months. He acted surprised when I wanted to cancel. Throwing it back at me for not communicating my displeasure Yet, I did communicate. It is he who showed us one thing during tryouts, then completely changed things on us after we signed up. I expressed to him that my son needs help on the offensive end. He needs training on one on one skills. We are not getting this. What he is getting is similar to the training he already receives with his club . is Jessie's program bad? No. It really depends on your situation. If your kid is in AYSO, then this could be very beneficial to you. If your kid is in a club that has good coaches, then you will not gain much. However, every kid is different. Your child may be benefit. My advice is DO NOT sign any contract too soon. Make absolutely sure this is what you want. He will try to convince you he can help you. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and assume this is honest, BUT absolutely wait and see before signing that contract. I would absolutely not sign a long term contract. You don't want to make the mistake that I made and be stuck with 6 months of something you don't want. To be fair, after I asked to cancel, he offered to move my son back to the older group. However, he did throw it back at me for not communicating my unhappiness when I did communicate to him before we signed. He is the one who made the change on us after we signed the contract and ignored our communication to him about what we wanted, then acted surprised when I was unhappy.

Parking at the field is HORRIBLE! There are more Red painted curbs than there are parking spaces. And make no mistake, the Ontario police department Will be there giving parking citations for parking in the red. Whom ever designed this park did a horrible job on the parking allotment. And, shame on Ontario PD. These are just good people trying their best to keep their kids out of trouble by having them in a sport, are you are giving their supporters parking tickets. Great Job!

Great that they have so many fields, but the quality of the soccer fields looked like they all needed some work. As you can see in the picture, lots of patchy spots. Maybe not ideal, but I guess it does its job, holding tournaments for lots of teams to play on... Restrooms, ugh! Not sure if it was the one bathroom facility they had, but it was a long walk from field 1. Walked all the way over there, just to stand in line for nearly 10 minutes. There were only 3 stalls in the women's restroom from what I remember. Idk about the men's restroom, but there wasn't a line for them. After using the restroom, I trekked back to where our team was & noticed portopotties. The sun was beating down and the heat was high, so the smell coming from those things were rough . On busy days, the women's restroom is horrible, but if sure if there weren't any tournaments, you might get in faster. Will I come back again? Probably. Will I use their restroom again? Probably not. Just know to go before a game or hold it until after. Parking? Could be better, but ample enough for regular games.

I remember when it didn't have much there to play on for the kids and then they renovated it to be a little bit better. My daughter's and I used to like playing soccer and frisbee on The Big Field here. The park was ran down just a tad bit and recently it looks like it's doing better again. The grasses of all the fields are really green, I see many cars there on nights and weekends when there are soccer games, and now they have a fenced in area that's a little dog park now. It's great to see this Park back in Action again. My favorite times going here are when nobody's around, it's really quiet, and I can just think and pray and have a wonderful time here.

It's going to be closed till Aug or Sept of 2024. But in the meantime they are sending us to Cabrillo Park it is a beautiful park with lots of pretty green grass and large open areas for the kids playing soccer. Playground is large and nice as well. We appreciate the neighbors and them allowing us to borrow a small section at the front street side for our fur babies. I have had a few people that live near this park ask me " is this a new dog park"? I explain and they say "wow we should eke this here it's really nice". I tell them well let your city council know that you enjoy it. These people didn't even know there was a dog park at baldy view or on 11th between San Antonio & Mountain. It will be a beautiful park once they are done!! So thanks for the temporary park!! It does not go unappreciated.
