Came in this morning to have some watch batteries replaced and Michael was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain to me and show me how each watch was different and how he was going to replace the batteries in each one. His customer service skills were top notch and it was definitely the best experience I've ever had at fossil. read more

This Fossil outlet looks huge when you first look at it from the parking lot. Looks are deceiving here. Allen Premium Outlets is a huge plaza of stores. We drove over to Gap and Fossil, and parked midway between the two stores. My boyfriend and I walked into the store. It's tiny. Watches and smartwatches are in front of you when you first walk in. Purses and wallets are on the right. Jewellery is on the left, along with the cash register. We spent most of our time at the smartwatches. I have a Fossil hybrid smartwatch. The next step would be to get a smartwatch. I love the look of them. However, they look and feel bulky. I do love the sports version, though. I asked about it. There was only one left that was white and cherry red. The sports version is exactly what I like. I wasn't crazy about the colours. It was also going for $255, which is too expensive for my liking. I am perfectly content with my hybrid smartwatch. I let the associate know that I was going to take a photo of the sports smartwatch. To me, it's a unicorn and I needed proof that this sports version exists. I didn't buy anything. I wish that there were more selection. In the past. Fossil outlet stores had phone cases. Came to the fossil shop at the Allen Outlet mall looking for some watches. They had a lot of decent watches, some being behind a display with other being out for customers to try. However, in the 45 minutes that I was in the store looking at watches and trying them on, not a single worker came up to me. No one assisted me with trying watches on, sizing, or even to open the cases of the watches i was looking at. I left without buying anything because of the poor experience. In the entire time I was there only one other person came into the store, and the workers chose to talk to one another behind the register rather than help any customers find products. Had a bad experience and I'll be ordering my watches online instead. read more

Came by this store while shopping with my cousin . She needed to get a watch for Christmas and get it engraved . The girl helping us had no real intentions on caring to help. Yes , she would ask . But , her tone and just the way she was made me feel like she just didn't care . If you work retail, just fake it until you make it at least . Act like you care about your job. But she was very monotone . Anyways, we had picked out a nice watch and engraved it after purchasing . She wanted initials on the back of the watch . Plain and simple . The worker didn't even really care to bring out the little slip to use when engraving . On the paper slip you would put what you want on the watch to be engraved . Then there would be the different fonts you want and such . But she just asked what my cousin wanted to engrave and just asked us to look at the screen . That's not very professional honestly . Anyways , we got the watch engraved and then we look at the watch and it wasn't even CENTERED ! You would think to make it centered . Especially when being engraved . We asked her why it wasn't centered and all she said was it was how the machine was . But told us that if she manually would've done it then it would've been centered. But just overall I was a little frustrated with her . She didn't offer to fix it or anything or even apologize the very least. Because we paid for a watch to be engraved correctly. Not to be basically done and not cared about afterwards. When I had gotten my watch engraved here at the same location. A very nice gentleman had helped me whenever I did an online pick up . He was VERY nice and at least acted professional and like he cared about his job. He gave me a paper slip for my engraving and made sure I was happy with it before engraving my initials . It was centered and everything . Honestly please don't just hire anyone. Make sure to do a little extra training especially on retail hospitality. read more

Just stopped in here to look at a few things I've been wanting to purchase. Was the only customer in the store along with 4 employees just sitting around behind the counter. No one even acknowledged me and the items I was looking at were about 15 feet from the group of employees. I had a question so walked up to the group of them and they completely ignored me until I said "excuse me" for them to finally ask if I needed some help. I had a few questions and needed a different size of something to which their only response to me was "check our website" then went right back to talking amongst themselves. Guess I was just too much a nuisance to help. Was planning to buy a few things but I want to make sure they fit and look right, which can't be done on a website. I don't live around here anymore so I don't have fossil stores near me. Drove a good distance to get here to feel like I just wasted my time and effort. read more

I placed an online order for two watches, one for me and one for my father for Father's Day. Shortly after that, my brother placed a separate order for a watch as well, and received a confirmation email for pick up but I did not. I called the store to see if there was a delay, and a lady told me that there wasn't a pick up order in the system, and to call back the following day. When I called the next day, another lady said it wasn't in the system, and that's when Greg said he would call his customer support line to figure out what went wrong. Thank god he did, he was able to find the order and complete it. When I go to the store, Greg informed me that the watches I ordered were the last two in stock, meaning if he didn't call on my behalf I wouldn't have been able to give my father a gift on Father's Day. Greg was super helpful and because of his amazing service, I will be shopping here again. Thanks Greg!! read more
