He must think he's working for Versache. I haven't been back and never will. Stores such as Aritzia, Nordstrom, and Madewell are much better in terms of quality and customer service. If you are on a budget they have very generously priced sales often. No need to ever shop at Zara or any fast fashion store.

We walked around the KOP mall to a few other jewelry stores but nothing seemed to catch our eyes. As soon as we stepped into Brilliant Earth, I had a good feeling it would be a winner. The store was empty but an associate approached us right away. Her name was Sarah and she was spectacular all the way through! I highly recommend asking for Sarah when you shop here. Zero complaints whatsoever. Sarah walked us through band sizes, protection plans, and even resizing/cleanings. My engagement ring is also from Brilliant Earth and I was eligible for complimentary resizing so I sent it off during our visit today. I was wearing a spacer with my engagement ring this entire time. It worked out beautifully because now both of our wedding bands and my resized engagement ring will arrive at the same time. This visit couldn't have been more perfect. Every single ring in the display cases is stunning -- you can't go wrong with anything you buy here! Very pleased with our purchases and I'm excited to wear my rings together on our wedding day. I used to like going here. However, a lot of the vendors are priced way too high. This is called a…read moreflea market, but this has higher than antique store prices in many cases. A lot of these vendors have their own little museums going. It's a shame because this could be a really great spot. I only go once every 4-6 weeks because the turnover of inventory is not what it should be. A lot of things sit collecting dust because the prices are outrageous. When this was a bigger space, there was at least a larger variety of vendors who would be willing to negotiate. Hoping when they move to a bigger space that things will change over and prices will be a little more reasonable.
