She told me it cost $12 and I was just like wow, that's a good deal. I came back picked it up and basically was elated at how good the service and price was! I haven't found prices that low except maybe in Chinatown in the city! I blasted it on my IG telling local friends about how awesome this place was for battery replacements! I put my foot in my mouth because the next day I noticed the second-hand on my watch had gotten unhinged and was flying everywhere in my watchface. I definitely did not have any issues with my watch until after my battery replacement so I was bummed I would have to go back to get them to fix it. I go back 3 days later and tell them the situation and they tell me, you left the store we cannot be liable. My watch had no issues prior to this and I know having to hinge the second-hand isn't a crucially difficult repair but I wanted some acknowledge of poor workmanship on their part! They tell me it would cost $35 to repair bc it would need to get shipped out of the store. My watch is not new nor that nice to spend $47 all-in-all for what was originally a battery replacement. I decided not to make the repair. Not worth it, better to just put the $ into a new watch altogether. Not satisfied with their poor customer service and their unwillingness to even refund the battery replacement. I get a broken watch and more of a hassle just having had them work on it. They just lost what would have been a loyal customer if their workmanship and customer service would have been better. Really is a shame, I'm more upset about that. Not worth coming to potentially get your watch broken for a cheap battery fix.

I was told up front, that he charges $500. There was no talk of additional charges. All was going well as I was able to call and get status updates with full transparency on the need to price adjust. The watch recently sold and he notified me of the amount I would receive. When I arrived, I asked him how much the watch actually ended up selling for sans his commission. Well, when I did the math, he took a commission of $600. When I asked about the difference in price he said it was due to credit card charges (I was selling and not buying), cleaning up the watch (which was to be included in the original $500) and if the new owner said it was running fast, he would have to take it back and fix it. None of this was told to me as part of an upfront charge. It feels a bit like a bait and switch. I do believe he understood my concern around the dollar difference, but he did not offer to make it right. Suddenly the very thing I appreciated about him, me feeling safe as a female, may have served to my detriment. I just feel you should honor your word. I may be out of $100, but I can warn others.

They do not have a technician and had to send it King of Prussia. A small repair w/ no sale for them, I spoke to Olga on a Saturday, but technician was not working that day. She looked at it herself, called me back (!) and fixed it herself! i believe she is an assistant manager, but went over and above for customer service. Highly recommend. Also, sales associate in Short Hills had no interest (probably because of not a sale) and sent incorrect information w/ on repair order. So glad I got to Olga. Love this watch.

It's as beautiful as any other and at a price range of $750 ish. Upon entrance they'll offer you a soda. Take it, it's made by shinola and it's one of the best colas I've tried. While you're choosing the perfect watch, they will piece together face and band combination as you'd like. This is very convenient. The reps were extremely helpful and friendly. They can do all kinds of work, from a simple watch battery change, to fixing antique clocks-- even better, they've got a stash of old parts on hand so they might be able to do quick fixes right on the spot. These are true craftsmen, a dying breed. We are lucky to have such a niche store in our neighborhood!

He did indicate that I should check in after about a month to remind them that I'm still interested. Well, it's been over a month and I've sent an email, left a voicemail on the salespersons cell and one with the store. 6 days later and absolutely no contact from them.
