We stayed in the cabins many many times and in the cowboy suite. Beautiful place!! Amazing and friendly service, always! They keep everything so clean and fresh :-) we also love the pool! My only complaint is, I wish the pool would open up earlier on Sundays. read more

ok if you need a quick lay over but far from nice rv park.... They suggest you use your own shower and bathroom instead of theirs.?.?. mostly full timers with little to offer but a pool. Next to a lumber mill with all that comes with it... noise and dust... the lake is there but you have to cross a busy hyway to get down to it. Better more relaxing places to stay elsewhere. I think this probably was a nice rv park in the past and I think it can be in the future, but it needs some help, especially with the yard maintenance. However, what really got to me was the lack of showers and bathrooms. If I had know they were under repair/renovation (?) we would not have stayed here, but nothing on their website said they were not available when we reserved a space and paid for it. They did have outhouses but I'm sorry, not my thing. read more

Spent a week here, this used to be a great resort, but the current owner is in the wrong business They lied to us about available sites, the pool was constantly down, they have at least 20 signs in the pool area that tell you what you cannot do This used to be a great RV resort, but it isn't be any more Stay away, they are liars read more

Park is nice, been staying there during jamboree for years. Really disappointed with customer service, any request was a chore. Regulations stacked up especially at the pool. And after being scolded like a six year old for not being involved irritates me. However, showers and rest rooms were clean, and campers were friendly. I feel running a tight ship is OK. But I dont need to be looked after in adult day care. Especially for Jamboree. read more

We have been to many RV resorts through the states and this has been by far the cleanest and well maintained resort that we have been to! The bathrooms, showers, office, pool and all the public area is very well maintained! The staff is very helpful , friendly and they all live on site which minimizes the riff- raff when parents allow their children to go Bonkers outside of their RV after a long trip! Do not stay here, avoid this place like the plague. Firstly, the resort itself looked very clean and simple which was nice. However, the owners/ staff are absolutely horrible people. We were excited to get checked in and set up for the weekend, only to get yelled at by the female owner as she said that you can only have 2 people stay in an RV, and we had our family with us. The woman then started yelling at my wife as we stated that their website had no such rules. She then said that we could not stay there as we had too many people for our RV (our RV is of good size has 4 beds for our family). She refused a refund and we had to find somewhere else to stay at 7pm. We found a state run park (Edgewater) with an empty spot and they said that they had heard similar horror stories from this resort. Do not stay here. read more

Would not recommend, the manager was very rude and disrespectful. The RV resort itself was nice enough and kept clean. Foster Lake is across from the highway. Very noisy and next to a mill and a questionable motel. It is a pretty view and close to lots of nice outdoor attractions. We will not stay again due to the manager, she was very rude and hateful to us and our children. We are very respectful people and campers and can tolerate a lot, but being rude to small children is never acceptable. read more

We spent over a grand to stay here Jamboree weekend and felt like we were being reprimanded for EVERYTHING we did. The staff also was very passive aggressive in dealing with issues (as management if you have an issue, don't send a text. Horrible business) we will also be taking our yearly business down the road from now on. Also, it costs a fortune at Foster Lake RV compared to Sunnyside, which is a nicer place with less hassle. read more

This is a nice rv park across hwy 20 from Foster Lake. The view is pretty. The new owners are really nice. There is gravel spaces with grass in between. We found it to be quiet. Has a nice pool and nice grassy areas we enjoyed our stay here. There is hiking and waterfalls not far away. Big rig friendly. read more

Great resort, loved the pool area, clean showers are restrooms. The pool guys however were complete jerks. Singled us out and kept picking on us, even started yelling and cussing (f-bombs)at us at the pool with our kids. We did nothing wrong. read more

Spent the weekend there with the Family and we absolutely Loved It. New owners as of a few weeks ago and they were Super Friendly. The bathrooms and showers were so very clean. I have pretty high standards. We had three kids with us and never felt like they were not welcome. We will definitely return and bring more friends and family with us. Foster Lake was so clear and beautiful. We didn't have to drive too far for swimming and kayaking. It was nice to have the pool for the kids too. Thank you for a great time. read more

If you like to be smothered with rules and treated like a child then this is the place for you. It's a clean campground in a great location but the management micro-manages everything. Giving us pages of rules during check-in, telling us how to unhook our tow vehicle, how to drive, how to park, how to do everything; then scolding us if we didn't follow every rule to the T. They threatened to kick us out of the pool because of a little splashing with a two year old (it was considered "rough housing"). They advertise cable TV but don't have enough converter boxes for everyone, they only had three horseshoes, one badminton racquet.....I could go on and on. We asked to use the clubhouse and were told it's by rental only. No one was using it so we asked if we could rent it and were told no because the person who books it was not available. We were there for a family reunion with about 20 people (only six under the age of 50, two of them under 25). We rented three cabins and four RV spots. We weren't rowdy and tried to be respectful of all the rules but this was so controlling even our 80 year old parents were frustrated. read more

Restrictive dog policy on dog size and breed. There are many great RV parks in Oregon with good dog policies that primarily state that owners are responsible and cannot tie up an animal outside. Dog lovers should only support those parks. read more

The new owners have no idea how to run a business. They are rude no matter now nice you are to them. The flyer and page is a lie. You can not use there showers unless you are here for only 2 days. They lied to me 3 different times about silly things like having wifi.... they dont have it at all. Only in the office. All there washing machines are broken and they refuse to fix them. I did a small load and had to dry my clothes 3 times at a dollar 50 a pop and they just told me i overloaded it and it was my fault. I rented this space for a month before buying my new home and Its so bad here because of management that i am leaving a week early with no reimbursement. I am disabled and need to use the big showers when i am ailing. They would not let me at all. Our shower was broke one day and my 6 year old son needed a bath so i begged them just once since he goes to school and you would have thought i asked them to murder someone they were so cruel in there words and tone so much so that my son hide behind my leg. I moved here from Texas, have been in many resorts while trying to find my home and from Texas all the way here I have never been to a worst rv "resort" in my life. They are so lazy they cant even change the wrong address they have on all there fliers..... the same flyers that falsely advertise having showers as perk of staying here. Oh and one more they say they are Good Sam members but give no discounts. They are crooks that is all there is to it. Dont stay here. read more

Have stayed here in the past and not had terrible service. This year though was a completely different story! I had cancelled a reservation and stayed on a friends RV site since they let the RV sites have 1 tent. They still charged me then claimed I never cancelled my reservation. They also accused 2 of our group of flipping them off when they waved on the way out and claimed it was on video then refused to show us this video. They were rude when we asked about anything. Only one person in our group was treated kindly. We also witnessed them harassing the group next to us. The group next to us complied with everything they were asked to do and they were still threatened with the police and were finally just told they were kicked out in the morning. When I did have my card charged there was 2 extra unauthorized charges on it. When I called to ask for the refund I was called a liar and a thief and spoken to in the most unprofessional tone I have ever heard. I have been in customer service for years and NEVER have I dealt with anything like this. Especially calling names. It is the WORST camping experience I have ever had and it seems never ending. I would not go back nor would I encourage anyone to go there. They are sneaky and shady and do not deal with guests well nor do they treat people with respect when they feel they are in the right. I was not only called a liar and thief but told if they refund me that they will file a police report and charge me with theft (which I'm not sure how they can do that when if they are giving the money back). read more

Spent the weekend here at the beginning of Sept. 2016. New owners and these guys are Awesome. My wife and I came up for the Best in the west Triathlon Festival where I was signed up for the Half Ironman distance. We rented a cabin and it was very nice and the price was reasonable. The cabin could sleep several more people but was great for 2. The cabins have mattresses but you need to bring your own bedding. They tell you this when you rent one. The cabin had a mini fridge, TV for watching dvds, a microwave, and they added new Wi-Fi access while we were there. Outside there was a small porch swing, bbq and picnic table for each cabin. We arrived in the evening and got checked in. We went and signed up for the event and came back after eating. I realized I had forgotten my shoes specific for my bike (the pedals on the bike are not made for regular shoes). We happened to see one of the owners and my wife asked if they had any old bikes (she is brilliant)and they said yes and loaned us some pedals off of one for my bike. The next morning I realized that I had also left my swim goggles (time for a check list) and when we went to grab the pedals for my bike I asked if they had some in the store at the park. They didn't but the owner dug several pairs up for me to use that were theirs. These folks went above and beyond to help me be able to participate in my event and I'd say that our stay was fantastic. The cabin was clean and the grounds were well kept. The new owners are also making many improvements like the Wi-Fi that was installed the weekend we were there. There is marginal phone reception in the Foster lake area but the new wifi worked well and gave us the internet we couldn't get on our phones. Cant wait to go again next year. read more
