The Broker (Peter) snuck down to the marina early one morning, before the marina opened, and attempted to take my yacht out for a ride without notifying me (the owner) or the marina (who was safe guarding my boat). I only found out when I got a call from the broker later stating the cabin had filled with smoke and I needed to go clear out the cabin and get a mechanic to look at the boat. They appear to have a "back alley" mentality to business, just tell the seller anything and don't let truth, business ethics or integrity get in the way of a sale. I thoroughly regret having sold my boat through Carpe Diem Yacht Sales.

It took several months to have the boat built to my specs, but I was told that right up front. It took a month longer than they thought, but it was of no fault of F&S. Andy kept me informed. Worked up a quote and kept it updated as I continued to add extras. As soon as my boat hit their lot, Andy sent pictures. They started the installs immediately. Sent me short videos of any questions that arose. I made a decision on one extra, then after they installed it, I changed my mind and asked for a change. Andy happily made the change for me without drama. Andy is leaving at 4am Thursday morning to meet me half way and put it on the water with me. Who does this? Andy at F&S does. Went to pick up the title for my boat trailer, the notary was late, Andy literally ran down the road to get the notary signature so I could get to the motor vehicle administration, in Frederick, on time! 2. My boat conked out in the middle of Lake Marburg. I called F&S and they talked me through troubleshooting the motor. That didn't work so Bob came out, hooked up my boat to his boat, towed me to shore, put my boat on my trailer, called his staff too alert them of me coming in for emergency service, pulled in the lot and before I could even get out of the car people were on the back of the boat trying to fix it. 3.
