Somewhere along the way, we discovered our dash air was no longer cooling. I found a mobile mechanic who met us at our park in College Park to take a look. It quickly became clear the problem was far more than a simple refrigerant leak, and he recommended ATEL Bus and Truck. I submitted their online form, and later that same day I received a call to schedule an appointment for Monday. I dropped the rig off and returned late that afternoon. A catastrophic compressor failure meant the entire system essentially had to be replaced. We were scheduled to leave Thursday morning, but Brian, the owner, gave us options. He located everything needed and arranged for air shipment with Wednesday delivery. By late Wednesday afternoon, we had a fully working system. The mechanic came out and explained in detail what they had found, along with his thoughts on what caused the failure. The entire team was professional, and Brian made sure we could take the RV back to the park each night so we could sleep in it.
