The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel awkward in any way! It's now 2:30 and the car hadn't been brought into the shop yet. I finally went to the desk to cancel the service and magically they were able to take it right back. Why bother having appointments at all if you aren't going to even remotely abide by them? I will be taking all my cars elsewhere from now on. It's a shame whatever happened to this once good business.
