We had less than one hour to make UPS Delivery pickup, he jumped into action walked our order to the warehouse and we got our supplies by 10 am the next day, less than 18hrs after talking with him. I was a believer in this company because they were doing solid business from the beginning until something went wrong. I got mailed a defective ribbon asked them if they could replace it, then he asked me what was wrong with it. I told him the situation. seemed like he was willing to help. Ask me if I could return the paper to them. I paid for the shipping which was $10. I gave him the tracking number just like he asked, then he proceeded to say that the warehouse guy was gonna send me a replacement. It's been over three weeks now I've been calling nonstop for the past two weeks now he's ignoring my calls. Now he's not answering at all. I left a voicemail no reply. I don't know what to do if they couldn't fulfilled the replacement then so be it. I lost the money, but you told me to send it back so I did that now I get no response and no ribbon replacement so all I asked is to get my ribbon back because I paid for it. read more

Very dissapoint it with this place i have been doing business with them for many years. I placed an order for delivery but then realized i wasnt gonna get package on time so i called to do a willcall pickup so representative refused to deduct the shipping fees since i was picking up afterall. He rudely responded with if u want order im not deducting shipping fees because it was too much work for him to cancel order and redo order the right way and if i didnt like it i dont have to do business with them. A late shout out for these amazing people. I am so grateful for Ruben and the entire staff at Foto Club in Santa Fe Springs. Thursday night they helped me out of a big bind. I had ordered some photo paper for a photo booth event that I was supposed to be at 4:30 p.m., and at 1 o'clock the shipment still didn't come in. It got held up at the dock. extremely frustrated with Foto Club... I paid $500 for a printer stand; they promised me would have it in 2 weeks and a month later I still dont have it. Every time I contact them they keep changing the date on the arrival. It says the printer stand is made in the US, but it looks like it is made somewhere in the far east and they are waiting for it to arrive by a cargo ship to save money. I don't usually write reviews but the level of unprofessionalism at this company had to be noted. I ordered printer paper back in August (8/7/2021), they told me that I would not get it until the end of September. At that point I asked them to refund the payment (8/9/2021). Exactly a month later, in September (9/9/2021), I still did not receive the refund, so I emailed to ask what's up. They responded on the same day saying that I agreed to be on backorder. (1st red flag). I responded and said that I actually asked for a refund, but I'm willing to wait for the order, so please keep me in the backorder queue. October comes, and goes ... nothing. November comes and goes... nothing. I emailed again (11/13/2021), asking to see what's going on. No response (2nd red flag). At the end of November, I called them directly asking about the status of the order. The told me that my order was cancelled and refunded according to their systems. I asked what happened to the backorder? They responded saying that I asked for the order to be cancelled. (at this point , I'm confused as we agreed to being put on backorder back in September). I then said that I never received a refund and I'd rather have the item. They said that I'll have to order it again. From there I can be added to the backorder queue and that I should to reach out to Paypal and file a claim for the money. So I did. I then looked at their website and saw that the items were now almost twice the price. So I call again today (12/1/2021) as a follow up to say that the claim has been filed and to see if they saw the notification. At this point, he (I'm assuming the owner, his name is Dio), starting talking over me and becoming noticeably more aggressive. Maybe he's having a bad day or he's just frustrated with this entire thing but it was a stark difference to the tone of his emails and when I spoke to them on the phone previously. I asked if we can work this out as I'd prefer to have the items that I ordered but in the event that it's not possible, can I get it for the price I originally paid? He said, and I'm quoting here, "Why are you bothering me with this? Why don't you go out and make some money instead!?" Then he hung up the phone on me. I'm still in shock. What a horrible experience. So yeah... Save your money, shop somewhere else unless you like your money being taken and being disrespected. TLDR: Bought something in August. It's December and I never received it or a refund and the owner told me to make more money then hung up on me. read more

I have been a Foto Club customer since at least 2009. I love this compnay because they go out of their way to give good customer service. Originally I used to purchase media for a Snaplab printer from them. These days I order my dye sub printers from them and the media they use. Since Foto Club is in California it cuts down on shipping time for me. I needed to purchase a 510Si photo printer for an event I'm holding in San Francisco on 10/27. Ralph spoke with me several times on the phone and was very helpful. I asked if I could come see the printer and demo it with my current setup. He said yes so I drove and hour on 10/13 and took a vacation day off work to do just that. Upon arriving I spent 2.5hrs getting the run around from Ralph's boss, the owner Dio Renden. Dio would never come out and talk to me and would not let me demo the printer. He stated that I could purchase it and take it home to see if it would work with my setup. He promised that it it didn't work, then I could return it for a full refund. So, I purchased the printer and tested it at home. To my surprise, it did not function as promised, so I returned the printer on 10/18 in the same condition I received it. Dio has not given me any of my money back and has been ignoring my calls. He refuses to call me and tell me why he will not refund my money. I find that this is basically stealing. I need these funds to purchase another printer brand from a different distributor in order to meet our deadline for the event. Do not trust these people! read more

Terrible business and website. They will ask you for more money once you have placed an order and have received Order receipt via email. They called and told be there was a 3% extra fee for my credit card because it was Canadian and soft case I had ordered with my printer was not in stock and would cost $82 to ship at a later date. The printer and media kit weigh over 40 pounds cost only cost $106. The soft case only weights 9 pounds. I have had much heaver things shipped than the printer case from the US for less and have not been charge a 3% fee. read more

The customer service is very poor. Our rep was Diane, and she seems to find every way to find fault in her customers instead of helping them solve the issue. Ordered a package for us to deliver via 2 day air on a Thursday so that we can receive it by Saturday (as UPS is their carrier). She goes ahead and processes the shipment as "Ground" when we specifically PAID for "2-day" air, claiming she was trying to save us money. How is that saving us money, if we already paid for the shipping? I doubt they would have reimbursed us after the fact. What she could have done instead was to call us as courtesy, to confirm that changing the shipping method was approved by our end. Long story short, her process as ground delivery has our package coming in on Monday, affecting our business needs for the weekend. We had to do a lot of back and forth exchanges from the company and UPS to confirm that had she originally ship the package as what we ordered as 2-day air, we would have received it on Saturday. We had to speak to someone else higher than her just to get our order processed, and ensure that our package would arrive on time with no additional fees - since case and point it was not our fault. Had Ruben not helped us out, this rating would have had zero starts. Ruben helped us out and was more understanding and had that customer service you would expect from ANY company. Should you have any customer service needs, I suggest you go straight to him. We desperately need to find another west coast distributor! read more

I ordered a roll of Epson canvas which was delivered the next day. HOWEVER, the box the canvas was in (not the shipping box) had obviously been opened and, when I opened the box, I found that the normal Epson packaging was not intact. The sealed plastic bag around the canvas was gone as was one of the square plastic end caps. I called Foto Club and they immediately DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY and started blaming Epson. Then, after first refusing to send me a return shipping label, George (salesman) told me he would email a label. HE DIDN'T. He then said that Fedex would pick up the roll. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. My experience leads me to believe that this is a company where lying to the customer and refusing to accept responsibility is acceptable. I will never do business with them again and I believe anyone contemplating doing business with them should be forewarned. read more
