They ask each other for help, support each other and everyone genuinely enjoys working there, you can tell. 4. I've brought my infant twins in with me on several occasions and they helped care for them as if they were their own children. 5. Milk chocolate sea salt caramels. (Yup, at a dentist office) 6. The dentists are normal people who talk to you about what they are doing. 7. A lot of their work (like making caps) is done in house so the wait time for stuff is cut in half!! 8. Dr. Inabi. The end. 9. Needed a tooth extracted while pregnant and was in a lot of pain the following days. Dr. Inabi called me that night and the next few days to check in on me. 10. After finding Dr. Dibbini, seeing good reviews, and reading that he studied dentistry at NYU, I felt comfortable scheduling a visit. My experience with his office exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really great. I went in for a check-up (x-rays and cleaning) and made a follow-up visit to have some cracked fillings replaced. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dibbini.

There are several complaints about Carla in the reviews, yet nothing appears to be done. During my appointment, my mouth was numbed without anyone explaining what was happening, and I was then left alone in the room. I later went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told that Great Expressions had identified five additional cavities that did not appear to be necessary. After I complained and said I would never return, I received a poorly formatted termination letter in the mail. Based on the timing and content of that letter, it honestly felt like the office was trying to cover itself rather than address my concerns. Don't bother contacting corporate when they respond to your review--they offer no real help and you will never hear back regarding action being taken. Instead, you'll receive a termination letter. Based on my experience, I believe this establishment is a scam and seems more focused on making money than providing appropriate care. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and avoiding this office at all costs.

In my time going there, I had to have a tooth pulled, I was told I could no longer get regular cleanings only deep cleanings because my gums were so bad but when they submitted X-rays to my insurance company for approval in paying for a deep cleaning it was denied because my gums actually didn't need it. They bill you for things your insurance company already paid for and when you call back to ask for a refund they pass your call from person to person. It wasn't until I had my insurance company filed a claim that they felt the need to acknowledge their error. I 100% feel the only reason people go here is because dental expenses can be a lot but I learned from experience leaving this dental office has been the best thing I have done for not only my teeth but for my happiness. But trying to get my own dental records back to give to my new dental office was also a draining process over the phone. I had to physically show up at the office to ask for my paperwork because they didn't take me serious over the phone. Now that I left I feel more confident with my new dentist and even though they don't take my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket, I'm getting what I pay for which is professionalism and honesty about my teeth at my dentist which is never what I felt here.

This office is one of the few that takes my insurance - and of that few, easily the best choice. They take most insurances from what I understand. Dr. Marrone is knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Parking in the area is a pain. During the daytime hours, you can find a spot in the street pretty easily. After about 3-4pm it gets a little more challenging. Saturdays are also difficult. Searching for a new dentist can always be a pain. You never know what quality you're going to get. At Dr. Marrone's office, you get that quality. I highly recommend this dental office.

I guess this guarantees nice income since patients return repeatedly. If you're having problems with one tooth you could be sucked in for more than you want, need or can afford. I did not make an appointment, for sure but a week later I received a call from a computer robot that mentioned I had an appointment with a date and time! I called to ask about this and another agent assured me this was "just a computer'? Beware of this slick operation. It wouldn't be surprising if their dentists are robots who carry cash registers.

The two techs?! *chefs kiss*. My girl, I think her name was, Jasmine, was a god send and kept chatting with me. The other tech was just as amazing! I just don't remember her name. Dr. Lee was AMAZING. He understood that I have major medical anxiety. I asked him to just talk through each step and he did. This really helped calm my nerves.
