Once inside, I had to order the mango pastry, the focus of countless drool-worthy social media posts. The attention to detail was crazy - from the slightly dimpled texture of the skin to the vibrant coloring, this was the most realistic-looking mango I've ever seen outside the supermarket. And the flavor did not disappoint, with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy that practically melted in my mouth. I also picked up a clementine pastry, which while not quite impressive-tasting as the mango, actually looked even better in person before I cracked it open. These pastries are take-away only(at this location? ), best consumed or chilled within an hour, so keep that in mind. As a dessert/pastry/fruit lover (and a tourist), it may be worth a stop and is certainly novel, but personally the almost 20 euro per pastry price tag will keep me from coming back.
