My favourite of the day was Mortadella sandwich. Their Egg Benedict comes with two poached eggs on a crispy brick toast which seemed quite unique. Staff were -- literally everyone I encountered that day -- so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a chance to brief tour to their roasting room and the lab which was really cool.
