They also discovered additional dry rot during the project and always consulted with us and obtained approval before proceeding. They worked non-stop--even in the cold! Work: I initially contacted Brendan for a mix of handyman work along with exterior dry rot repairs. He was honest and upfront about what could realistically be done during the dry season, so we decided to focus solely on the dry rot repairs. Unfortunately even with the best laid plans, things can happen and in my instance, there was a hardware glitch (totally unrelated to Robert's work) that was only discovered upon the start of our calibration. Robert was patient and helpful and worked with me to resolve the issue and proceeded on with the calibration and didn't even charge me for the extra time, which was very kind and generous of him. We are thrilled with the calibration results and our overall experience working with Robert and will be sure to hire him again when needed in the future.
