The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.

Unfortunately even with the best laid plans, things can happen and in my instance, there was a hardware glitch (totally unrelated to Robert's work) that was only discovered upon the start of our calibration. Robert was patient and helpful and worked with me to resolve the issue and proceeded on with the calibration and didn't even charge me for the extra time, which was very kind and generous of him. We are thrilled with the calibration results and our overall experience working with Robert and will be sure to hire him again when needed in the future.
