I have always been a FOUNT loyalist since their early days at their original location in Detroit Shoreway. I'm happy to see them now on the east side, inside a luxe location at Pinecrest! I am absolutely stunned (but not at all surprised) at the beauty of this location. FOUNT thinks of everything, from the attractive store displays, to smart lighting, cool color tones and interesting decor. It really draws you in and makes you want to look and experience everything. The owners of FOUNT, Jackie and Phillip, are truly kind and wonderful people who care about their staff, customers, and your overall experience, which keeps me coming back! McKenna provided excellent service on a blisteringly cold day. She even conditioned my bag for me while we shopped! If you've never been to FOUNT, these are luxury handmade leather bags and small goods created and made right here in Cleveland. I am lucky enough to own a few things from FOUNT, and the quality is superb. Love this store! Their leather goods are superb. Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable but not at all pushy. For those of us that grew up with the Coach brand - this is another option with different styles and selections.
