Although the chicken was moist, it was definitely not blackened. The alfredo sauce was watery and had no taste. There was no Cajun-spiced topping or parsley. It did have a few tomatoes, but not nearly enough. I ordered the dish thinking I was going to get a spicy Cajun punch, but all I got was a tasteless, watery disappointment. I ate some of the noodles and boxed up the rest, as I didn't want to waste it. I enjoyed snacking on the fried cheese and my son's fries instead.
