I didn't feel rushed and enjoyed my experience. However I decided to revisit it wasn't a bad experience but I felt rushed and certain practices I've never experienced ( I'm 34 and have been going to nail salons for 15 years). My nail tech doing my pedi when removing the gunk from my toe nails decided to scrape it onto the top of my foot instead of the towel. Will I revisit, maybe. Will I make this my favorite go to place, probably no. I expect to pay a certain amount, but I also expect to get the experience I pay for. This will most likely be my last visit. Awful service absolutely rude! I brought my daughters in to get their nails done with me and my children were being very well behaved and quiet we even sat in the corner away from everyone. They had me sitting in cold water for over 45 minutes and one of the lady's came up to me unprovoked and said "keep your children quiet so others can relax" not once were they loud. Worst manicure I have ever gotten. This is after a day and multiple showers -- residue still all around my nails. The tips she put on are all crooked. The paint is not smooth at all. My pedicure was even worse. He barely even trimmed my nails. Did not do any of the basic pedicure steps and painted terribly and then half wiped off the extra on my skin but not all of it. Complimentary wine with your services! That's probably one of the most important parts to point out lol. Mostly because if you don't ask, they won't offer it to you neither and you miss out. So not very often I like to give 2 stars. The reason for this is strictly out of services. Aside from their cheap approach at avoiding all their wine stock from being depleted, the staff is blatantly rude and in your face too about it. They think they mask it well because they speak in Vietnamese and you don't understand them. But they don't realize how their obvious stares and gestures towards you make it obvious. You always feel kind off bossed around too when you need to move your feet or hands for their services. I found that the most pleasant experience is if you have an Americanized employee which was only once for me. I went here to have acrylic nails removed too and the lady was rough. She tried to removed them by force to avoid using the shaving tool but really caused me pain. Even after i made it obvious she hurt me, she didn't seem to mind or gestured any apologies. Instead, she makes her way to the back, speaks to her coworker in Viet, and that other person turns her head to look at me. I served it right back to which she noticed and looked away. Just the worst and rudest. The setting is considerably fancy for a nail bar. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment for 2:40 but wasn't seated until 3, then left with my feet soaking for 40 minutes. I eventually took my feet out of the water myself because I didn't want my skin too soft before they scrubbed. Now it's 3:40, I told the gentleman I wanted my nails square, not round -- he still cut them short and round. The manager/owner stepped in and switched me to someone else, but the damage was already done and the second technician couldn't fix it. I didn't end up leaving until almost 5. Immediately make you enter your personal information on a kiosk the lady got mad because we didn't want to enter all are info like this is a nail salon not the DMV. Got pedis starting at 39$ they are pushy to get the 50$ or 90$ services not very relaxing! All 3 of us that went we were suppose to get nails done. 1 of my daughters was with nail tech getting nails her being an adult she never considered to tell me the price for my daughter nails when she already had design. I was done with my pedi I walk over there and asked her how much were her nails rudely says can you wait I'm doing the design so I tell her no I need to know price because you never told me price or told my daughter you just went ahead and did as you wanted. The nails looked nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. My bill was 212$ so be ready to pay also 5$ sum charge if you pay card. This was 2 pedicures and 100 sum for nails. Rude rude manager , owner , whoever she is she is so rude . I loved my nail tech Katie so much but when I called and spoke to the manager and told her that the gel polish came off my 3 yr old after taking her a bath she called me a liar. The quality of service i received was immaculate, I got a fill on a nail set done by someone else and Melissa actually made them look a million times better. I went today to get a cbd pedicure and the women who did my feet (i forgot to get her name) but she did not make me feel insecure in any way of my feet like other nail salons have. I wanted an original design and who did my nails told me it wouldnt look good so then i showed her another design that she ended up doing. I wish I wouldn't have come here. My gel polish was chipping after 2 days. The woman who wears the cheap red heels with the cheap gold embellishing working the front desk is rude. The woman who did my gel polish the first day did something wrong and the woman working the front desk had a nasty attitude about fixing it. I've been here three times to have them fixed in 5 days. I paid way too much money and tipped well to be treated like I did something wrong. No one is able to do anything because of Covid 19 and I haven't been swimming. I get gel polish all of the time and this has NEVER happened. They refused to do all of the toes that the lady who did them incorrectly did the first time. They have poor customer service and people skills. I'm disgusted by the quality of service. I'll never come here again and I don't recommend anyone else coming here. I have just started going back to the Nail Bar. In a month I have paid 3 times for dipped powder nails!!!!! I asked to get my money back or get tips because their dip chips immediately. They told me they do not give refunds and that if I wanted to get tips I would be charged full price since it is a different service. Also, that the dip is not staying because my nails are too thin and that is why they keep chipping! One: I did not have this problem at my previous salon in the Westside which is too far for me to go to. Second, one nail did chip but the rest are clearly legging from the top layer of polish! Updating my review- I visited on a Sunday morning and it was extremely rushed. Paying for a more expensive pedicure you would expect some sort of relaxation, but it was in and out. First of all, this place does NOT have a polish guarantee for regular polish. Of course, they use cheap polish. I was there on Thursday, getting a pedicure and mani. Today is Tuesday and I have two chipped nails. Two: I got a gel mani. Several of my nails had air bubbles/bumps. I mentioned this to my nail tech, Bebe, before she applied the final coat. Instead of removing the polish, all she did was add two additional coats. Of course that changed the color of the polish and now my polish is super thick, to the point where my mom asked if I had fake nails, which I don't. Lazy way to deal with the problem. Lastly, my mom was at this place with me. Her nail tech sat her under the purple light to dry her polish. The glass in the light shattered, causing a huge noise that scared everyone in the salon. Not only did no one from the salon check on her to make sure she wasn't hurt/cut by the glass, but they didn't offer her a discount or anyway try to make it up to her. read more

I paid enough last week since they charge an extra $5 for my length and they aren't that long. They had charged me $60 for fills. No design or anything just a pink polish. I called to schedule with my nail tech and she told me that i could not schedule 2 hours in advance that i would have to come in and wait for her since she has to be available for walks in. So I've been doing my nails for a while now. I got a mani and pedi with gel color. I have my natural nails and I have them shaped squared, now I don't know if the tech thought I was young and thought he could get away with simply just laziness. But he didn't shape them correctly I had to correct him on every nail because they were so uneven. And I had a pretty bad bubble and he was going to let me go under the lamp like that and I had to tell him. My pedi was pretty good, they do charge you extra $15 on top of pedicure for the gel.
