If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm typing this from my 3rd different room assignment in the hotel. They should be embarrassed to ever claim to be or have been more than a 2 star hotel. Customer service is god awful. The front desk is rude, the manager is rude, and all of the servers/pool employees have a disgusting attitude problem. My first room had a stained lampshade. Bed linens had holes in them. Bath tub water was literally brown with stuff floating in it. Spent hundreds renting Cabanas by the pool and they ran out of mint, pina coladas, strawberry daiquiris and any sort of fruity flavoring. Drinks took forever to come and the servers disappeared for 30 mins on. Couldn't seem to get any of the orders correct. Room service was a joke. Coffee tasted like battery acid. VALET IS A JOKE. 1st room our TV was broken and room definitely wasn't cleaned. Fingerprints everywhere (you'd think they'd be a little more concerned with cleanliness during Covid) I WOULD STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE. It was actually appalling. I've had friends that said it was great prepandemic but i'm finding that extremely hard to believe with how garbage this whole experience has truly been. Don't waste your money.

Such a beautiful hotel located in miami! My best friend won tickets to the y100 pool party and so i went with her, her bf and another friend. We had so much fun and definitely enjoyed being in the pool with this hot summer we are having! The only downside is drinks, super expensive (welcome to miami duh) lol after the pool party we headed over to the lawn for the concerts. They had a few giveaways and samples of drinks as well. Overall we had fun

Nice hotel.... but the first room they put us in on the 35th floor smelled like pure mold and u could see mold, half of the snacks out the mini bar was gone and all the waters gone.. I didn't get pics of the first room, we then had them move us to the 25th and that room was much better no smell but the shower head was loose and not connected to the wall, the toilet paper holder was lose and I could actually spin it around my husband tighten it a lil bit to stay stable the wall. walls dirty and none of the lamps were plugged up! And there's nails you can actually see coming out the cabinets Other then that all the hotel activities were nice. Would I stay again No! For the price of the stay I expected more

Pool side at the Fountainbleu is whimsical. The atmosphere is full of energy that is upbeat yet relaxing. This is our fourth stay and we look forward to being greeted by John Paul. He makes the experience inviting and warm! He is professional, attentive, gracious and kind. The staff all work well together as a team but John Paul levels of planning and organization is what separates him as a leader!

The location and the ambiance is awesome. Customer service on the other hand, let's just say I've been treated better at a motel 6 .

The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

Warm, Emotional, and Grateful…read more My daughter surprised me with a birthday weekend yacht experience with Mr. Sea, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped on board, the woman who decorated the boat made me feel so special -- every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and perfectly set up. One of the crew members was incredibly attentive, making sure all the snacks, drinks, and little touches were just right. Our captain was amazing, too. Smooth ride, great energy, and he made the whole experience feel safe, fun, and effortless. You could tell he loves what he does. Thank you, Mr. Sea, for making my birthday weekend one I'll never forget. Exceptional service from start to finish.

It sucks he trusted these incompetent non english speaking crooks to plan that moment for me. My husband booked a 4 hour yacht plus decorations for $320 which looked like my dog could have done a better job. They literally went to the dollar store and blew up some balloons. First there was no ac and. The decorations looked like crap the so called yacht was dirty and the captain spoke no english. Even their captain was saying he lost so much money dealing with these people. There was no ac but ac vents in there they put these dirty fans on the bed and told my husband the ac broke that morning. Don't take my word for it but if you ever choose this company make sure you see the yacht before hand. How do you have a person that speaks no English to be a captain and host a cruise. We fully intend to sue them for all the mental anguish and our money amongst other organizations we will look into for this crooked scam.

Something about being on a boat, sunbathing, drinking champagne, jet-skiing, and jumping into the water for a swim jumpstarts your vacation mode. Working with Cesar and Party on a Boat was a breeze. The communication quick. He emails you a document with photos of your options and the pricing is straightforward. Everything can be customized so if you want them to have food/drinks/djs/water activities set for you, you just let them know. The pickup location is also really convenient. One of the best things was that it was BYOB so if you feel like bringing your own food, snacks, alcohol and drinks, you totally can! Definitely would recommend working with them for your yacht/jetski rentals.

The captain was eager to help, taking pictures and expertly positioning the boat to capture stunning backdrops. If you forget your snacks and drinks, there's a selection available for purchase. The wrapped sandwiches served during the trip were satisfactory, and the boat was already stocked with ice and water. However, the boat itself was disappointing--dirty and smelly beyond expectations. The bathroom, kitchen sink, and sleeping area desperately needed a thorough cleaning with bleach. Considering the cost of our 3-hour trip, this was quite a letdown. Fortunately, I wore swim shoes, which was wise, as I definitely wouldn't have gone to the front of the boat without them.
