Service wonderful! The burgers angus beef and good. The Truffle fries is a waste of money $13 for fries with Parmesan No Aoli sauce like I was told would be on the fries. They wanted to charge me separately for the Aoli sauce that should have been on the Truffle fries. $13 for a small box of fries and the Aoli sauce is not included. After a l-o-n-g pause, we dined at Four Brothers again - and it was very good! We ordered a small greek salad (which was huge) and the chicken and eggplant parmesan - which comes with a large helping of spaghetti. Everything was delicious! Went there last night. The restaurant was very busy. There were many customers eating there and more customers coming in to pickup numerous takeout orders. There was only one waitress working. She was handling both the in house customers, taking their orders, bringing drink orders and their food orders. All the while handling the customers picking up their orders. She was extremely efficient, kind and helpful to everyone. The food was good but it's unacceptable that the management thinks one person can handle the entire floor without help. I can't compliment the waitress enough for her professional handling of a situation that a less capable person would have been overwhelmed . The management should thank and compensate this young woman tremendously for handling this situation without harm to their establishment! read more

Walking in you can tell that this place is part of a small franchise . We ordered the dinner salads with homemade Greek dressing and I loved it . Next came an order of wings . These wings were so good , they were more like wing dings but they were crispy and had plenty of sauce . Finally we ordered a medium cheese. I liked it and thought it was good but not great . The service was fantastic , everyone was very personable and had no problem answering any of our questions . They also have a small assortment of beer and wine. My wife and I were welcomed cheerfully, and then explained that we were expecting 4 more -- and we were welcomed even more cheerfully! Our greeter / waitprofessional encouraged us to push tables together "anywhere you want" to accommodate our party of 6. Including 2 children (5 and 2 years) . . . which could mean Disaster, but still our waitprofessional was exceedingly cheerful. Ex-Ceed-Ing-Ly. We each requested a different meal: Me? Chopped Greek salad . . . Daughter Claire: Caesar salad . . . Son-in-Law Felix: 'Small' Pepperoni Pizza . . . Children's portion Chicken Fingers and Macaroni (from Greece) & Cheese for the Kids, and "small" Antipasto Salad for Grandma Katharine . . . Our waitprofessional got every order right -- including the two hot teas and one iced tea . . . and all dishes arrived promptly, delivered perfectly. Graciously. Everything was perfect. I took my family there after a movie for dinner. The only think they could not screw up was the salad because it was lettuce. The food showed up to our table inconsistent one plate at a time, but not one right after the other there was a wait time between each plate of ten minutes. The ketchup was bad it had a rotten and sour taste. We asked for items that went with our meals and the server never came back just talked with the other employees. We got the fish and chips the fish was so dry I told them I could not even eat it. A couple months ago we went to the other four brother in Amina it was just as bad. I have been eating 4 Brothers Pizza since they opened their first restaurant in Lakeville Ct decades ago. It has always been consistently great. Until now. We stopped by in Millerton for a sausage and mushroom pie and mushroom pie and it was pretty dreadful. It doesn't come close to the quality we have known for so many years. From the toppings,(skimpy), cheese (average) and crust ( obviously packaged or frozen then thawed. These are class guys who should be paying closer attention to their product. read more

Fine food, generous portions, excellent service. Also, I was in Millerton for the HVRR on my bicycle with the 5BBC in 2016. I was wet and hungry at 9pm on a Saturday night. From what I could tell, this was the only restaurant still open after 9pm. We were able to park our bikes by the window and sit indoors near our bikes. The worst Four Brothers pizza and salad ever, and I've been going there since the 70s. The dough, not crust, just dough was raw. The order missed toppings order. We ordered a wedge salad, don't ever. The salad dressing is sweet and like bottled from Sam's Club. I bit into the garlic bread and almost broke my two front teeth on something I cannot identify. Millerton was the worst, Hillsdale is good, and I'd recommend the Chicken Parmesan with a Greek Salad. Millerton is just scary food. read more

This place is typical of pizza joints that are run by Greeks. The pizza is not that great, it's Greek style. That means it's a pan pizza, crust is kind of spongy and kind of oily. The service here was fantastic in our waitress was really nice and fast. The Greek salad was good and chicken farm was made fresh. Dinner portions are fairly large. **FOOD IS 5 stars** **SERVICE IS 1 Star** We have gone twice on a Tuesday night (11/21,11/28) and both times we had the same thing. The same server who huffed and puffed that we came in at 8:30-8:45. And we were out the door both nights before 9:30pm. Your posted hours say 10:00pm. I am the manager for two restaurants and if any of my staff did this, they'd be replaced. The first time we were there and she had the attitude I chalked it off as she had a bad day, but no she's actually rude. The food however is delicious and came out in a timely manner. That wasn't the disappointment. The true disappointment is your staff. I'll be contacting the restaurant tomorrow to speak with a manager. If she's that unhappy with her job she should just quit. She barely came to check on us. The first night I actually got up to ask for more to drink and more napkins. We come in and spent $60+ for the first night and $50+ the second. I can take my business elsewhere. Also, we are super generous tippers because we've been there where you live off of your tips, so it pained me to just leave a 20% tip. Which for me is an insult because I usually tip 30+%. I hope someone sees this and doesn't have the same experience we did. I'll go to a different four brothers. read more

Not even close to the quality of the other 4 Brothers places. Wilted salad . Pizza had a rancid smell and taste to it. Place was almost empty on a weekend evening. I suspect the locals avoid it. I will stick to the one in Amenia, more local for me anyway. Don't know why I stopped in this one but what I expected was the consistent quality and attention to detail I found at the others. Some other reviewers report good meals. Maybe it's a question of who's cooking when you get there but any restaurant needs to be consistent. read more

Horrible experience. I called to make an order an hour before they were going to close. When they picked up I said can I make an order for pick up. They guy was rude and said no then hung up. I tried again and no answer. I have been a customer for years and I think because of this I will no longer be one. You just don't do that to someone. My family and I eat here about once every 2 months, it always satisfies (and we're NYC residents, very picky)! Our favorite is the spinach pie with the greek salad, really good!
