Please do not take your pet here for grooming. We took our labradoodle there and she was burnt from clippers. We don`t know what they did to her but she wouldn`t socialize with us for 3 days after coming home. read more

I am extremely upset with this place. Boarded my baby boy for a week and I even called to check on him. They said he was ok and fine. when he came home he was not eating and had diarrhea. He lost about 20 lbs and when I picked him up he was not acting like himself. He is now in the hospital with a fever of 106 and very weak. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. read more

This is my 3rd time there with my yorki Precious. I have tried other places before,but this place is great!I It was highly recommended by several friends so I gave them a try. My Precious can be a handful, but each time she looked so pretty. The groomers are awesome. And everyone there makes you feel very comfortable.Precious even gives them kisses. Even my vet recommended them. I am so glad that I found them.I drive almost a half hour but its well worth it,Thanks Four Paws Only!! You guys ROCK!! read more

Has anybody's pet came down with Kennel Cough that was at 4 Paws. My dog came in contact with a dog that was groomed at4 paws and was infected with Kennel Cough. I took my dog there last fall to get groomed,she got burns on the back of her legs and she was very upset and didn't act like the same dog when we picked her up not to mention they done a horrible job on her. read more

Four Paws Only is great. The staff is always kind, courteous, and willing to help in any way possible. The faculty is always clean and organized. I have been taking my Boxer for daycare and grooming since she was a puppy and have never been disappointed with care she has been given or the service I have received. I will be boarding her while I am on vacation with complete confidence she will receive the best of care. The addition of the Pet Boutique is fantastic. I have always purchased my dog food there, but now I can find treats, collars and leads, all types of pet care products just to name a few of the many items available. Anyone who loves their pet like I do should consider Four Paws Only. Stop in and see for yourself and ask for a tour of the daycare area if you have any questions like I did. I have taken my dog here several times, the price is good , but they don't do some of the extras I have had elsewhere for the same price. I have a shih tzu that needs to have his ears plucked, each time I have gone, I have asked them if they were going to pluck his ears, every time they have told me yes. Well, each time I have picked him up they have not plucked his ears ! They have "house" pets that wonder around free, sometimes large dogs, so do be careful if you take small kids with you that might be frightened, I don't think the dogs would bite, but might still scare a child! read more

This place was dirty and had a horrible smell during my tour, due to dogs sitting in their own urine and stool as the kennel lady sat outside and smoked a cigarette. I also witnessed their "daycare" employees kicking animals for barking, over heard one employee telling another a man who worked there hits the dogs if they don't stop barking. I would truly NEVER take my animal to a place as horrible as this one. If they will do that in front of a potential customer what would they do behind closed doors. This is the best place to take your pet for both grooming and boarding. When we pull up my dog RUNS to the door because he is so excited to be there. The groomer does a fantastic job and the staff is all so nice. They take really good care of your pet so you don't have to worry about how their doing while your on vacation.Absolutely blown away by the care that is provided by the loving staff!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies!! read more

Be Aware! I left my dogs there, and they were never fed. There was a communication mix up between staff members. When I confronted them about it (since I was given all of my dogs food back) rather than being honest and owning up to their mistake, they LIED, and told me they tried to feed them, but they would not. An absolute lie! When they realized they were caught in the lie, they apologized. When I spoke with the owner, she made excuses for her staff when she said "they did not really mean to lie to me to purpose." We all know, we only lie on purpose when we are trying to hide our mistakes. I was OK with the mistake, but not with an attitude that makes lying excusable. My concern is, if you lie about that, what else is really going on with my pets. As pets owners, when leaving our pets with someone, itegrity is critical. When I tried to review their Video coverage of thier facility with the dogs, their coverage is speratic, and they only show "good days" while dogs are playful. Check it out for yourself. If you want your pet to be TORTURED then take them to this hell hole. This place should be closed and never be able to groom or even be close to any animal. I made the mistake of taking my dogs three times, third time being the last! I have two dogs the daddy and the son. My two dogs as per everyone that has interacted with them are the most loving, playful, happy dogs. Even their Vet and the staff at their Vet love the way they lick them even when they are getting shots or doing anything that might be uncomfortable to them. My dogs have NEVER bitten or been mean to ANYONE! When my puppy, the son was old enough we took him in . The first thing that you encounter when you come in is the most rudest staff ever. They grab your dog and just take them to a room and ask what time your going to pick up the dogs. I made sure I wrote all my information down and told them to please call me if anything goes wrong or any emergency and made sure to tell them that my junior (the son) was a puppy and it would be his first grooming to please have patience. They hardly acknowledged what I said but I thought they are probably having a bad day and just left feeling uneasy. When I came to pick up my dogs later on, a rude groomer came out saying again stressing the very rudely part that I needed to do something with the puppy because he was too scared. I reminded the groomer which appeared to be frustrated that he was just a puppy and its his first grooming. She said ok and just went back in the room. The second time my husband took them he encountered the samething. He was very unhappy and asked me to not take our dogs there at all. Well I made the mistake taking them for a third and LAST time and what happened was the most stressful scaring thing that anyone who truly love their pets like we do can encounter. First thing when I walk in my dogs start shaking and that kind of worried my but of course they hanked them from me and just asked what time I would be picking them up. I left there feeling so uneasy but said well this will be the last time I come here cause I was not going to torture myself by feeling this way everytime I take my dogs to the groomers. When I go to pick them up later on in the day as soon as I step foot inside they give me my bill and of course charge my card then they bring out my oldest dogs (the daddy) then they bring my junior (the son, puppy with a towel around him and say he just got a little scape while grooming him but he should be fine he just got nervous with the dogs barking. I was in shock but took my dogs and got in my car and left and while in the car my dogs starts whining and when I unwrap him from the towel, the towel is full of blood and there is a big gash on his paw! I of course went straight to his vet! Once at the vet they were SO SURPRISED that we were not contacted immediately about this because it was not just a little scape it was a deep cut and very long! They had to scape and clean and disinfect and bandage my junior's paw. I had to pay $66 which I didn't mind paying whatever as long as he was taken care of. I called the Groomer as soon as I left the Vet and explained this to them and their answer "it was an accident its not like we did it on purpose and if you cut yourself don't you bleed to!" I was in shock!!! NO APOLOGY NOTHING! I asked to speak to the owner and was told she wasn't there. This all happened on a Friday. My puppy spent the whole weekend miserable. We had to be carrying him and pampering him to make him feel loved. IT BROKE MY HEART!! I took him back on Monday to the Vet and they had to reclean the cut again and repeated to me how deep and bad this cut was. They still couldn't believe no one called us. MInd you the know how my dogs are which is why they were also broken hearted to see this happen to Junior. I still had not gotten a call back for The FOUR PAW groomer owner after leaving two more messages. I also got another bill from the vet so now I am by $111. Again its not about the money but about the fact that these GROOMERS didn't even care enough to call back and see if they could help or even Apologize. I finally went back to the groomers with my husband and as soon as we came in were treated HORRIBLE and then the OWNER came out. She just said Yeah what happened? We were in shock, she was upset WITH US??? I am sorry but we should be upset with them. We began the conversation explaining that we have a business also and know that customers should always be treated with respect and always make sure they are happy and we didn't feel that from them at all and that we had this bill and that it wasn't about the money but about doing the right thing and that mistakes do happen but we need to fix them. She then got the Vet bill and said "Your dog is an IDIOT" I will send you a check but your dog is mean and bites and just mean" I couldn't speak because I did not know if to yell or cry.
