They get groomed here regularly, go for "play days" and are boarded whenever we go to the beach. My pups love going here. They have never made any effort to stay in the car or resist going in. Two of my boys are sort of timid, and if there was any neglect they would not go in. This has never happened, they love going here. Dana's Pampered Pets came with high recommendations, and they exceeded our wildest dreams. We were amazed at the results that we experienced when we picked up two dogs who had never visited a grooming parlor before. A confirmation email was sent to book for grooming. We also received a reminder email less than 24 prior to appointment. We were then turned down at the door and they would not groom our dog due to the new policy. This is something we wish would have been known prior to the appointment or listed in the confirmation email on any changes made. I sent an email explaining our experience and never received a reply. We have been going to Pet Resort for years and it's sad for our small town.
