We've been going to this salon for over 4 years now, and trust them with our sweet Shih-Tzu. They welcome her by name every time, seem genuinely excited to see her at each visit, and I trust that they treat her well during each visit. She always looks and smells great when I pick her up, and she always has the cutest little bows in her hair! My little girl always seems happy when we leave and of course always looks precious. They're reasonably priced and they never keep her "all day"; she's always ready within a couple of hours after drop off, so I feel like she doesn't just sit and wait in a cage like most other salons. I've taken my grumpy, frightened older 50 lb shar pei mix here for the last 5 years and they treat her like a queen. She hates going but when I pick her up they'll let her roam in the open area if they are just finishing up for the day. She comes homes looking and smelling great and is so much happier. I'm new to the area and looked for a groomer based on their website and I stopped by to check it out beforehand. I was told to bring pictures with me on the appoint which I did. I was very clear while showing the pictures what I wanted ,what I got were two shaved dogs that looked nothing like what I showed them. I even checked the photos when I got home to make sure. One of my dogs had dried blood on her rear paw from cutting the nails too short and the other one had a blade gash on her third eye area, I've my two Morkies for 5 years and this has never happened before . To top it off I was charged at check for matting which I know neither of them had because I brush them and something else I did not agree to. I left them a message and she called back the next day and was very non nonchalant about the whole matter, I don't want my dogs exposed to razor blade cuts , nail bleeds and shaving, I wanted a nice hair cut and blow dry, needless to say I wont be back and I don't trust them now. read more

Still happy with these guys and now you have to make an appointment as they are busier. You can score a walk-in, but best to not drag your pet out to only have to bring it back home, restore the carrier and wait for the appointment. They are efficient, listen to what you want and do a great job. read more

We have an adorable Havernese named Simon. As a registered and talented service dog you can imagine how important he is to us .So much so that we investigated many groomers before choosing All Paws.Then we had the incredible good fortune to have Taylor as his groomer.I ,unlike most folks stay with him during the grooming process and in doing so have observed, not only Taylor with Simon but all the groomers in the central area while they work.They have a calm atmosphere and cheerful encouraging banter while they groom.On more than one occasion I have seen them stop calmly and soothe a pet with a hug ,snuggle or treat as they became nervous or anxious .Never in a year have I heard a cross word or anything negative,what a WONDERFUL atmosphere. Simon has never been a fan of grooming,he'd much rather play ! But he Loves Taylor and the staff,never shakes or gets nervous when we arrive and plasters them with kisses when he see's them. This groomer did not tell me .y dia Eric dog was cut until I could ot get him on his feet.prior to groom was cleared y vet for bath and groom. This groom went from 60.00 to 600.00 in vet bills. The owner was apologetic until I asked for insurance compensation. Our relationship went down I will not recommend or return to this business. read more

I brought my 2.5 yr.-old German Shepherd Dog (GSD) in for a bath, brush out, teeth cleaning, nailed pummeled as short-as-possible, and ear cleaning (premium bath?); I requested certain products be used on her as she sheds constantly and, with this warmer weather, it is getting a bit overwhelming. Admittedly, I was apprehensive at first to use All Paws Grooming; our previous groomer had our dog's needs and personality down to a science, but was moving and we had to find another groomer to take her place. I wasn't sure our dog would adapt to a new groomer easily, or if a new groomer would listen to my concerns. When I picked up my dog I was delighted with what I saw: not only did she look, feel, and smell good but Aisha (sp?) had clearly paid attention to my concerns -- my GSD was playful, looked happy, and not stressed at all. We go back for another visit tomorrow! :-) read more

We have been taking our standard poodles here for years. Unfortunately our female poodle passed away last year, so now we bring our 14 year old poodle who has some spine issues and need breaks from standing and TLC. The front desk called us on his last grooming and told us that we needed to pick him up "right away" and he was on the floor and could not get up. We asked them to put him on a dog bed till we could get there, which the girl replied you "betta pick him up soon and we have no bed, pads to place him on" to make him more comfortable. What grooming place has no dog bed or comfortable pads for a dog to lie on. Also, we discovered that the hair in his ears had not been plucked in a long time. For customers who spent $200 for many years and to have our senior dog treated this way is terrible. We will take our dog and business elsewhere. read more

They Do A Very Nice Job! I have been taking my ShihTzu to All Paws for a few years and I am always happy with the way they treat my dog and the way she is groomed. They really listen to my preferences regarding the length I would like her coat, ears, tail, etc. When we walk in, they always remember her name and immediately pick her up, love on her, and calm her down. This really helps as she is not fond of being groomed. They are super busy, so call ahead of when you want an appointment. The staff is efficient, courteous, and friendly and I am completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care. Their prices are quite reasonable also. Never even got to have our dog groomed because they canceled on us at the last minute and left us scrambling to find another service. Should have never made us get his vaccination record and set an appointment if they couldn't handle it. My dog is large and can get anxious, but is very nice. No reason for them to cancel on us just hours before. If you're too busy, why'd you take the appointment? read more

The services are very reasonably priced, and I've almost always been able to get an appointment for the day after I call. I've taken my mini-dachshund in to be groomed multiple times and the experience has always been very positive. My boy is very nervous away from home and the attendants have always been very sweet and loving to him. When I've picked him up, he seems to have been OK and wags his tail as he is brought to me. I have finally found a groomer I love and trust! All Paws is close to my home and the staff is excellent.
