I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

Unfortunately, the groomers that worked out of the building are no longer there. I have yet to find a groomer that my dogs will tolerate since! Besides that, we are still extremely happy with the service. The vet that typically sees our dog is professional and friendly. She makes Millie (our anxious dog) feel safe which is super appreciated. RIP Mr. Moe - the grumpy cat. Love the Photo Booth area they have set up for pets. Great seasonal decorations as well!

Even when going through more difficult stages of our dogs' life, everyone here has been caring and understanding throughout every visit. Jack and Jody came to my house and had a consultation and I told them exactly what I was looking for and they agreed to it. I have a later schedule due to my work and I have a diabetic dog that I was hoping could be walked and fed and given her insulin. They agreed to it with no problem and I was very excited for my first experience of hiring someone to help take care of my dog. The very first time they came over, they were supposed to text me after everything was done to let me know how it went. I never received a text and I had to text them in order to find out how it went. That was the first red flag! The second time they were supposed to take care of my dog I had to work even later than normal. That text I was supposed to receive I never got. Because I was busy at work I didn't have time to text them and find out how it went. As I was driving home at 9:30 at night I receive a text that they never made it to my house to take care of my dog. My dog was now two hours overdue for her insulin and that put her at home for 11 hours without being taken out to go to the bathroom. Needless to say I was horrified by this event. In the text Jody had some excuse about them getting sidetracked and then simply stated "we forgot." This to me is absolutely unacceptable for people whose profession is to take care of dogs. She then stated I just don't think we'll be able to work with your schedule. If that was the case they never should've excepted what I was asking for. I went through all this work to basically have them turn around and say sorry we can't work with you. I hold them 100% responsible for this mishap and if you love and cherish your dog DO NOT have these people take care of your beloved pet!!! And then to top things off it took them over two days to return the keys to my house and my refund for services that were never performed. Unbelievable! Beware!

Our little Yorkie has stayed with Jack & Jodi while my wife and I are out of town several times…read moreover the past few years. I can't imagine a dog receiving better care than with Jack & Jodi. They will treat your dog as if it were their own. My dog was never good on a leash. He's only 5lbs. and he'd get so nervous all the time. Once Jack & Jodi started walking him, he became much more social with other dogs and is now enjoying his walks and walking normally. Rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and attention your dog receives. We are very lucky to have been introduced to the The Dogwalkers.
