I have just got to get this off my chest. Don't ever let these people euthanize your pet. My best…read morefriend of fourteen years was just put down By these people on Oct. 20th 2025. I have been so distraught I could not say anything until now. You think you are going to hold them in your arms or you can at least pet them while they go away. No way! It takes too long and when they are gone the vet remarks that they are gone because they were ready to go. What a terrible thing to say to a grieving client who has to say goodbye to their beloved pet. My cat was not ready to go and was terrified by the way the vet and vet tech was holding him. I will never forget the look on his face when they gave him a sedative. Poor guy! I hope these people don't do that to your beloved pet. Take your pets to Olympia pet Emergency to be euthanized. They do a wonderful job!

The last time I was in there I took some quick pics with my cell phone and everyone I've showed them to has been appalled. They are overall very disorganized and one of the receptionists in paticular is overwhelmingly rude. I have had a couple of different tests done and you would think for $75. just in lab fees, they could at least call with the results. Nope, never heard from them. I had to call them after two WEEKS to find out the results of a two day test. I was told they had "forgotten" to call. They have several cats who reside in the office, which many clinics have, but even they don't look paticularly healthy. I happened to be in there on a Monday morning and the reception area/waiting room had hair all over the chairs, windows, and floor. Even the scale in the waiting room (which is plugged in to an extension cord) is covered in several layers of dust and muck. You would think if nothing else they would have the place cleaned over the weekend. Between the lack of cleanliness in the "public" areas and the bad smell I can't even imagine what filth is lurking behind the scenes. I would NEVER leave an animal in such unsanitary conditions - let alone allow them to preform surgery on it. I say YIKES, find somewhere else to go.

They have always been wonderful and have always treated our pets wonderfully as well! Yesterday we had to take my daughters border collie to the vet because he was having severe bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. Everyone in the office from the receptionist staff, to the assistants in the exam rooms, to Dr. Faye were amazing! They always are amazing! Bandit had several accidents in the exam room and none of the staff complained about having to clean it up. They treated Bandit so kind and were very compassionate towards him. They quickly took him back to the procedure rooms, knowing something serious, was going on with him. They ran the necessary, bloodwork, tested his stool, and got IV fluids going immediately. They also gave him the necessary medication he needed, and he was discharged in the evening the same day. His diagnosis was colitis and gastroenteritis, both which can be very serious if left untreated. My daughter and I are so thankful for this veterinary office! They always, without fail, take care of our pets in the best way that they can. We are grateful that they were able to resolve the health issue with bandit quickly so that we could bring him back home and get him on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this veterinary office! They are amazing!

I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OUTRIGHT MISTREATED & MY POOR BABY, MY FEMALE INDOOR CAT WHOS 1st…read moreexperience outside & a vet had to be that monster who somehow still has his license. Listen to me please if you love your animals with clearly all who care enough to take them to the vet do, this is a wrong choice. Everyone was so nice until that disgusting vet walked in & I already knew something was off. But this guy never even introduced himself or told me his name or asked me what's wrong before he hurt my cat in front of my face! I was in disbelief of what just happened, his lack of care, concern, sympathy, empathy, DECENCY my God I'm still sick over this. My poor cat who was already hurting & terrified never has even been outside before was standing on the table he walked not welcoming or professional at pokes her 3 times in between her eyes before she moves & I'm talking skull tapping taps with a thermometer ( not taking her temp) just hard jabs, naturally she moves jumps off the table, & inside I'm thinking wtf is his deal, then he reaches down grabs my full grown indoor cat who I hold on my shoulder all day like a baby trying to do dishes ect. Lol like she is so sweet & he grabs her by the nape of her neck dangling her 4ft in the air with a fist full of her skin he's squeezing with a fully extended stiff arm & she's squirming everywhere terrified & I am like wtf are you doing what is wrong with you, he then discarded her basically throw dropping her on the table & says she's feral , she's aggressive & feral. I looked at my cat & the fear & sadness in her eyes literally made me grab my baby & tell him I wouldn't leave any living thing in your Care & he tells me you need to leave & I said not fast enough let me tell ya, but you need to be held accountable, I can't even imagine who has suffered by your hands. I left balled my eyes out that there is even people like that in this world. Idk but after reading everyone else's reviews with clearly I didn't before hand umm this guy has a thing with cats he doesn't like them mistreat them please don't trust your loved pet here.
