I located Kerry's party for less and called to speak with Kerry directly, her personality is contagious and uplifting with a happy tone with such sincere dedicated towards her business she certainly is passionate about. I ordered a number of balloons with great direction from Kerry's recommendations that were exceptional to meet my expectations. Kerry delivered the balloons herself to set the balloons up in the various areas we discussed adjusting them throughout the home in preparation for my daughters Shower. We also ordered the burrata paired with their focaccia bread, which was very good. While it wasn't the best burrata I've ever had, it was still a solid 4/5 and worth ordering. The bread alone was very tasty and fresh. The truffle parmesan fries were a bit of a letdown (3/5). They came topped with a very thick, mayo-based sauce that wasn't the most appetizing. I think I'd have enjoyed them much more if the sauce had been served on the side for dipping, but that's just my personal preference. The cocktails were a mixed bag. The Sunset Skies was easily our favourite and one I'd happily order again. Unfortunately, the High Noon wasn't for me--it had a very floral flavour that I found unpalatable. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. Our server was incredibly attentive and noticed that I hadn't touched my High Noon cocktail. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it with another drink of my choice and removed the original cocktail from our bill. That level of attentiveness and customer service really stood out. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the cocktails had a standout winner, and the service was outstanding. I'd definitely return, especially for the oysters on Wednesday evenings. Service was a 5/5.

The salmon was not cooked and was still raw in the middle. This was brought to the waiter's attention who took it back to the chef. The waiter Jose , returned stating that the chef had told him that was the way salmon is cooked and that I had not specified that I wanted my salmon well done. I have never ever had any issues with how salmon has been cooked at any other restaurants. The waiter stated there was nothing he could do about it. I was not offered to have my salmon recooked or given back to me to cook at home. The meal was not taken off the bill. This was very disappointing as our meal was expensive and our 40th anniversary dinner. I expected better customer service from the Edgewater Manor being that it is supposed to be an upscale restaurant. I was not given an apology from the chef for my meal being raw which should have been an instant response. Anyone I have spoken to about our experience are appalled at the service received.
